The sea as far as the eye can see from the valley, Lesbos right in front of you, Ayvalık Islands on your left, Kadırga Bay on your right… The fresh air of the Kaz Mountains, absolute silence, maybe the occasional bell sounds from a flock of sheep or goats. A bohemian two-storey house in the alley parallel to At Arabacılar Square, very quiet, 100 m from Palabahçe, within walking distance to the bakery, butcher and all organic products in the bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.
