Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains, 3 km away from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest views in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, a seating area (there can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony, and on the upper floor there is 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.
