Appartement de Grutto is beautifully situated in a green setting, offering panoramic views over the polders of the charming village of Warmond. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Bulb Region, where you can enjoy the beautiful flower bulb fields in spring. In the summer, it's nice to spend time on the Kagerplassen. In the fall, you can enjoy the fresh air in the dunes, the woods, or on the beach. From this peaceful, green setting, you can easily reach the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem, and Amsterdam. Sassenheim train station is an 8-minute walk away.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Welcome to Het Binnenhuys. Spend the night in a charming renovated old bulb barn from 1888. The luxury bulb shed has its own garden, full kitchen, hot tub, two bedrooms and each an en-suite bathroom. You will stay close to the beach (1.5 km) and the city center with nice restaurants. The supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. You park for free (1 car). The use of 4 bicycles is included. From Noordwijk, you can easily reach Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem and The Hague.

De Blauwe Tulp is a characteristic bulb grower's house from 1906. In this special place, you can enjoy peace, space, and an authentic atmosphere. At the same time, it is the ideal base for beautiful cycling and hiking routes along bulb fields, dunes, and the beach. With the train station a ten-minute walk away, you can also easily reach Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem, or Amsterdam.

Located directly on the water, this resting place is an experience in the Randstad. The cottage is sustainably heated with heat recovery by a heat pump. Very rural but close to everything, as good as in the Kagerplassen. You can dock your boat with us. The apartment is fully equipped.
