Apartment holiday rentals in Kagurazaka

I am half Japanese woman who loves to come to Japan with her family or on her own. I would definitely recommend this place for a family traveling or friends. It is clean and very well appointed. It is convenient to the subway system and is unusual in that it really has two bathrooms. Most Japanese places with two bedrooms only have one bathroom, but this one has two toilets and showers. The customer service is excellent and they are understanding and helpful. Please when you come to Japan treat people with respect and learn about the culture before you come – it is quite different from Western countries in terms of the way people treat each other and treat the place they live with cleanliness and respect. I very much enjoyed my stay here – I hope you do too!

The location is pretty convenient close to all restaurants and subway check in was smooth the room was very quiet worth the price

Loved staying at Ken’s hotel. Quite spacious compared to the tiny rooms that are otherwise available in Tokyo. A 12 minute walk from the nearest subway, and the nearest convenience store is a 4 minute walk away. Ken was extremely helpful and quick to respond at all times!

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

My husband and I stayed at Yui’s place for 5 days. It was a great place to rest after busy days exploring Tokyo. Despite being located in Shinjuku, it is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, and it’s close Waseda Station. The room was clean, with cute plant decor. There was a washing machine with a drying pole that we used during our stay. Yui was very responsive when we had questions, and even provided advice on activities to try out in Tokyo. Overall, we were both very happy with our stay, thank you Yui!

The area and the place is amazing, during our trip this was our most special apartment, we really felt how it would be like to live in Tokyo.

I mistakenly chose the stay as 1 person, they agreed to be corrected as 2 people. I was scared because I saw negative comments about cleanliness, but it was very clean. The location was close to JR Metros and grocery stores. If you only return late at night, there are too many alcoholic men around, we have not encountered any negative situations, but just for your information if you are traveling with women. It was a good amenity that it was close to Tokyo station since we went to other cities for the day. There was detergent for the washing machine. They don't have umbrellas for guests to use as in some of the facilities. Overall, we were satisfied.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Ryu's Airbnb was in a good location nearby to the train station and convenience store. It was a station or away from the Shinjuku station. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

Great spot, every thing within walking distance, great places to eat within 5 mins walk, and a short walk to the chaos of Shinjuku, uber arrives in less than 5 mins, subway station 5 mins walk

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

It is very close to the station, and there is a convenience store.Exactly arranged to not carry cases on the first floor.The space of the apartment was large enough to be comfortable to unpack.The tableware and pots and pans are all prepared, so you can cook your own food, and the seasoning is also available.If you encounter a lock that doesn't work, try pushing and pulling it open.Check in and check out times are flexible, especially check out times are scheduled by 11 and there is enough time to take a full set of breaks. Because it is close to the station, you can also hear the train outside, and there is a feeling of returning to a child, and it is not noisy.

Loved staying here! The beds were very comfy, and the room had all the essentials you could ever need! Mr.Masakatsu was incredibly friendly and welcoming, he carried my stuff to my room and showed me all the amenities of my room. The room itself is a 6 min walk to the train station which is super nice! I would love to be able to come back here on my next trip!

The apartment was much bigger than I thought for being in Tokyo! There is definitely no issue opening suitcases like other Airbnb. The apartment is clean and about 12 minutes walk from Shinjuku station:
