This recently built casita is located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from Kanab city center. It has a mini kitchen with ample counter space. The casita has one king size bed. It has an outdoor table and seating at the kitchen counter. There is also a walk-in-closet with plenty of storage space. The casita is attached to the home of the owner but has its own entrance. This Cowboy Cabin is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. With chickens, cows, goats, horses and more about back you’ll have plenty of friends. The Cowboy cabin offers a queen bed and a twin mattress in the loft area. The loft ladder has a maximum weight of 200 pounds. And the loft requires you to get around on your hands and knees.
