The house has 2 renovated bathrooms, 3 flat-screen TVs (2 with Netflix access), WIFI, renovated kitchen and bathroom. In the garden, there is also a possibility of cooking in a bogrács (Hungarian cauldron) and barbecuing, and from the first floor, there is a panorama of Lake Balaton.

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.
