Sea Front Villa-Old Town of Paros

It is located on the west coast of Paros, just 300 meters from the port of Parikia, 300 meters from sandy beaches, next to many facilities (bakery, super market, banks, restaurants, cafes and bars) and 12 km from the local airport. The super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks will covered your every day needs. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our villa. In few minutes walking distance from our Villa here are many sandy organized or not beaches and you could visit some of our sandy beaches (Marcelo and Krios beach) in Parikia with a small boat, a unique experience. There are many monuments such as the famous Ekatondapiliani (One Hundred doors) church, the archaeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the Venetian castle etc. During the summer months daily excursions to neighboring islands are organized from the port of Paros. We had a great stay in Paros. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town and close to bus stops to the port to Antiparos. The property itself was perfect for us, very cute and cosy and had everything we needed. Dimitri and his wife were very communicative and helpful, they picked us up from the port on our arrival and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. Thank you!

I can’t write enough good things about this place. We fell in love with the island, but specifically Konstantinas location! It’s located in the middle of all the best restaurants,cafes,ice cream shops & stores. You also have a pharmacy right outside the house, super convenient. Everything is walkable & the ferry is right down the road (5min walk). The beach is also a few steps outside of the house!! Now for the Airbnb, it is one of the best Airbnb places I’ve personally stayed at. Everything you could possibly want is at your fingertips. The inside was so clean and well kept. I also loved all of the little balconies the place had! We spent many nights people watching. But the main selling point of this place was the roof top. A magically 360 view of the island. I couldnt believe how amazingly beautiful it was up there at sunset. My wife and I enjoyed many nights and champagne glasses up there. We fell so in love with this airbnb+ area that we skipped Athens to extend our stay here!!!!
