Holiday rentals with a patio in Kakovatos

As described, the apartment was clean with a large comfortable bed. The terrace is cute and the garden inspires quiet. Responsive host. We only made a stopover there and did not take advantage of the waterfront but I recommend this listing.

This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. A perfect stay! Niki was very hospitable and kind, she welcomed us and showed us the house and was always available. The house is impeccably cleaned, the location is great: a few steps and you are on the beach, the sunrise seen from the balcony is special. In a few steps you can reach the center of Petalidi with bars and restaurants. Convenient street parking. Absolutely recommended!

George did a great job with the communication. He responded very fast and helped out and went the extra mile. We really appreciate that! The place is a great spot to chill and relax with the pool and the Hot Tub. The Garden is huge, that was amazing for the dog and our son. The Place looks like at the pictures. We will come again.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. Lizzie is a nice hostess, very friendly and helpful. It is a small beautiful, quiet village with old houses and beautiful streets. Within 10 minutes you can be on the beach of Stoupa. You can walk beautifully in the area. Highly recommend!

an ideal place for a couple because the downstairs bedroom has no windows and no separation between rooms . the views are breathtaking . the 5 villas are far enough away from each other to have privacy on the terrace. the pool is very nice with also a great view and lots of sunbeds it is absolutely necessary to be driven because it is very high and far from any trade on foot ( but a few minutes by car.)

A beautiful flat, lots of light and air overlooking a garden. In a quiet and easy town, parking and access so easy. Enjoyed the local grill and loved the beach Dimitris recommended! There is a church bell in town fyi light sleepers. Excellent value, favourite stay of a wonderful holiday.

We loved our stay at Kanela's House! It was perfect for a family stay. The route to the house, while not typical, was a charming walk. If you're not familiar with Dimitsana, take note that there are several areas in the town that you can park and walk from there. None of them are far.... maybe an extra 5 minutes walk to the street that takes you up to the house. Eleni, the host, always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

Apartment is within walking distance of downtown where there are many nice restaurants and bars. Due to the shutters in the apartment, you do not notice that you are so close to the center and you can enjoy your night's sleep. Questions are answered very quickly and apartment for us was above expectation of what you see on the pictures. We enjoyed Kalamata!

I've stayed at this unit 2 times. I think I can't go anymore! This time we had a 1.5 year old kid with us and it was very good that we were in the center! You were going out on the huge balcony which does not have railings but builders and you knew that the child was safe, while at the same time it was like being in one of the shops. The house is not loaded so it is difficult to damage and the kitchen fully equipped to prepare its food. It's a little noisy because of the centrality of the spot, but as soon as you close the aluminum it is completely quiet for sleeping. And moreover after 12 the shops are slowly closing so ok.. I recommend it for a family with eyes closed

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made the hot nights bearable for us. Check-in was about tedious: I had to ask for the information myself when I was at the front door, and then the company wanted to send me a video, which didn't work out. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (barrier-free) with a view and balcony to the east on the mountains, or also to the sea. It was extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster - all there! The owner helped us in between due to an issue with the wifi, which should be finally resolved after we moved out.

Very large flat with private gated parking area. Very comfortable for our family. Amazing decks around the perimeter with laundry lines which made laundry a breeze. Great value.

Our stay at Stavriani’s place was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed! Stavriani was very responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.
