Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην παραλιακή οδό της Αρετσούς Καλαμαριάς και απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την μαρίνα της περιοχής, τη θέα της οποίας μπορείτε να απολαύσετε και από το μπαλκόνι. Το σημείο είναι κεντρικό και δίπλα σε αρκετές καφετέριες και εστιατόρια, ενώ στα 80μ βρίσκεται η στάση του λεωφορείου με το οποίο μπορείτε μέσα σε περίπου μισή ώρα να επισκεφτείτε το κέντρο της όμορφης Θεσσαλονίκης. Apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Thessaloniki.

Διαμέρισμα άνετο σε ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και γειτονιά, ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Με εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης. Υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση και χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρισμα στην αυλή της οικοδομής ο οποίος όμως δεν είναι κατάλληλος για μεγάλα αυτοκίνητα. Υπάρχουν σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση mini market και εστιατόρια. Η περιοχή είναι ανάμεσα στο κέντρο και την ανατολική Θεσσαλονίκη και σχετικά κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο.

The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It is on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard facing uncovered. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine for clothes, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably host 4 people (one 2 double bed and 2 singles). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up if you need anything.

The apartment is located in one of the most quiet yet central areas of Thessaloniki in Karaburnaki. It is located on the fourth and top floor of the building with a nice view and a big balcony(4th without elevator). It's only 15 m2 but made with a lot of love and care to make you feel comfortable. A base for those looking to take one day excursions or for business purposes, but also a very relaxing retreat.

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Nice home, very clean and comfortable, with everything necessary for a family. Big plus it had parking on the flats, since the area is facing an issue. Shops (like supermarket, cafe and beyond) are almost next door. Sotiria was very kind, responding promptly to our messages. She greeted us herself, having in the kitchen small snacks for the kids and fruit, which was very kind of her . I highly recommend it.

I loved Antonis and Penelope's place! A quite beautiful apartment, very warm that made you feel at home from the first moment!! Providing a parking spot on site was also something that helped me a lot!! In general, the friendliness and direct communication we had was one of the best things , plus the space! We stayed at Ioannis place for over a week and it was great! The location was perfect; right at the top of the pedestrian street, but away from the noise. There are a lot of small coffee shops and bakeries within 5 minutes on foot. The internet is very fast, so the place was ideal for remote work. The flat was absolutely spotless, with lots of space to store our things. The balcony is perfect for lazy evenings. Ioannis and his family were helpful and responsive to our messages. As we arrived late, we were very happy to see that there was already cold water in the fridge provided by our host! Thank you so much, Ioanni! We will definitely stay over your flat next time :D
