Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kalamaria Municipality

Wonderful space, well-maintained, clean and tasteful in a very central location in Toumba, close to a supermarket, café, restaurants, etc. Hosts are friendly, helpful and always willing to help with any questions and problems that may arise before and during the stay. Fantastic experience, in an excellent accommodation in the center of Toumpa that has everything. I highly recommend it.

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

This apartment has a great location when visiting Thessaloniki. It is central to many interesting tourist places. It is clean and well kept and the comunication with owners is easy. What sticks out is that this is maybe the best equipped rental apartement I have ever been to (tons of little stuff that someone might need) on my travels. Every recommendation!

This apartment is beautiful and spacious. Every room has A/C. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. The host was very responsive if we needed him. The place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location (across the street from a Byzantine church, steps from the main street with bus to airport, restaurants all around etc). Pleasant comfortable well-equipped flat, owner easy to deal with. I had a minor issue with the washing machine, which didn't seem to rinse properly, but perhaps I put too much soap in -- don't use a pod, as I did.

All the instructions for entering the house were descriptive and easy. The view from the balcony was nice. It was comfortable and ideal for 3 people but 4 adults can be a bit difficult. Everything was ready when we arrived. The sheets were clean and fresh snake. Kitchen utensils were more than adequate and convenient. It is definitely a place I would prefer if I come back to Thessalonica. The host also responded quickly and sincerely to my every question without getting tired. I would like to thank him very much

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Thessaloniki is such a beautiful place, and Panorama is especially peaceful and scenic. Anastasia’s home is in a great spot to really take it all in. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood, tucked away in a private gated cul-de-sac, which made it feel extra relaxing. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with everything you might need, and the garden is a lovely bonus — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening.

One of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in Thessaloniki. Great views , beautiful space, and comfortable with anything you need. The hostess was very good , communicative, and enjoyable, really made me feel at home. I highly recommend it!!!!

Valantis was a great host. He gave us very clear instructions so we could find the house with ease. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean and quite beautiful. In addition, because we wanted to stay a day extra and there was no availability in the house we were staying in, he put us in contact with someone he knows so we could continue our vacation. The apartment looked nice from the photos, but when we arrived we were shocked!!! It was all perfect, awesome decor throughout the house, the children's room was amazing with quality toys and furniture. Equipment for everything and all the needs of a family. You rarely get a home like this. Sophie was friendly, prompt, and very willing to host. Thank you very much. Our children enjoyed it very much and we of course enjoyed it.

This apartment was gorgeous – spacious and well-appointed. The location is great – in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, shops and the metro. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook some basic meals. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Dimitris was a great communication, answering any messages within minutes. Would highly recommend!

Alexandro's place was a delight to stay, his proactive explanations made everythig super easy and simple. Arriving at the place wasn't hard at all, and everything inside was clean. Will recomend with certainty, will for sure stay there again!!

Very beautiful space , beautifully decorated. Instant hot water due to gas. Ground floor facing on the street and not in an apartment building, there is no balcony. Difficult parking in the area to impossible and very narrow streets if you have a big car. There is paid parking at 500 meters relatively inexpensive. It could have been a little more economical for its features. However, it's a great choice for where it is.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Thessaloniki! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit three people. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet incredibly convenient—with a supermarket, cafes, a pharmacy, and parking all within close walking distance. One of my favorite things was how close it was to the “Paralia Thessalonikis” – just a 3-minute walk and you’re by the sea, perfect for relaxing walks along the waterfront. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thessaloniki who wants a cozy, well-located place to stay!

Katerina's apartment is perfect for large groups like ours. It is very centrally located, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is also close to the metro station and you can get around the city really easily. Katerina also described the apartment very accurately and was very responsive to my messages. All in all a great experience and a clear recommendation!
