Great apartment in the best part of Gytheio, with the most amazing view of the sea!!convenient location for exploring all of Mani, also next to great restaurants. The host was very friendly, providing us with everything needed and also with a thoughtful gift! It is the second time we stayed, and we would stay there again!

We had a great time!!! We had easy access everywhere!!! An ideal place for a family with children since the sea is just two steps!!! I highly recommend it and will definitely go back next summer!!!

Great place and management.

Comfortable and well equipped. Took a while to get the hang of the door keys, a little pull on the inner door did the trick. Great views from the large balcony over the promenade. It is lined with restaurants and bars so could be noisy in season, but v quiet in mid May. Bedroom is at the back so no noise there and has aircon if needed. Double bed is comfy but you can only get out on one side. We loved it there and spent all our time on the balcony people watching! The flat is over an agency who look after the flat and the lady there was very helpful over a couple of minor issues and spoke v good English!

We loved our stay at Athanasius' flat! He was very responsive to messages, the place is just as described, the bed is comfortable, great restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the balcony is the most perfect spot to watch the sunset. Ritsa beach is close by for swimming, although jumping off the central pier after a long, hot day of sightseeing at Mystra, and having a swim while the sun set may have been the highlight of my stay. 🥰 I highly recommend this flat and a stay in Kardamyli!

Breathtaking views! The place has everything you can need. It is very clean and well equipped. Close to beaches, the town of Githeio and Mavrovouni. The hostess Elena and Stavroula are great. Always available for questions. Stavroula even brought us some wonderfully homemade fried bread she made one morning!! Definitely worth the price!

Fabulous villa with wonderful terrace overlooking the clean sandy beach and inviting sea. Very comfortable furnishings and beds, immaculately clean and tidy. A stylish retreat that will linger in the memory. Slightly more difficult to find than expected, but easy once you know how. Great food options in both Finikounda (Elena) and Methoni (To Kastro, Klimataria, Sapientza), but you need a car to reach them.

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

Great place to stay in a great setting! beautiful location, right by the sea. Plenty of space outside with many different ways to relax. We stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and for her it was wonderful too! Tonia was always easily accessible and is a very dedicated host. Thank you!

Beautiful location, local shop right next door! Local places to eat within walking distance. Right on the beach. Lovely to sit outside in the courtyard and watch the sea. We visited in May, so it wasn’t too busy at this time of year. Maria was really helpful and always so responsive if we had questions. We loved the local cats. Thank you Maria!

We had a great time at this amazing place. The house, the grounds and especially the beach at the end of the garden make this accommodation a perfect vacation spot. We were greeted by Giannis and his wife who are extremely kind and generous. Thank you again.

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights. It's best to have a car but the area was very quiet (October) and peaceful. It's an older style apartment but everything you need is here and as described.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

We felt very comfortable. Dimitris was very quick, friendly and helpful. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We felt very welcome. The place and its location was very nice. We can also highly recommend the host's restaurant in the same house: It was very tasty, all the staff were very friendly and there was fresh fish every day. Parking was also no problem, there were plenty of free spaces right outside the door. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great apartment with plenty of room! Impeccably clean! Katerina left us bottled water, fruit, coffee, with cream and butter in the refrigerator! Lots of great restaurants just steps from our door, and a great view of the sea! Katerina is a great host, very friendly and helpful! We heartily recommend this unit!We will be back!

Apartment very clean big comfortable We stayed five people with air conditioning in each room, nice terrace, large living room and dining room. Very functional kitchen and two bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood about 500 m from the beach one straight. The apartment is also accessible without stairs in case someone wants to enter in a wheelchair. But the bathroom is not very spacious for a wheelchair. Easy parking around the apartment. Highly recommend especially to a family!

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

lovely place, lovely sea. Mini market and restaurants on walking distance. The bay is wonderfully sheltered, with very clean, blue water. Welcomingly received and got many good tips for the surroundings. The driveway is indeed quite tight, but best to do with a normal car

This property is a real find, the location is perfect, you will be practically on the beach above a great restaurant with your private terrace looking out to the sea. A gem not to be missed
