Our cozy-yet-urban cottage is ideal for traveling professionals, small families, or someone who wants a night to just relax! You will be located 2 minutes from I-94 and within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores, ice cream, and a beautiful park (15 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride). The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. Please note we have 1 WINDOW air conditioner in the unit.

Oak Ranch on Rose Place

This adorable 1880's town home is decorated in original, pristine condition, ranch oak furniture from 1950's. This furniture was manufactured in the beautiful south west, and remains very collectible even today. We have also taken advantage of the western theme by adding Native American pieces through out the house. The space is almost 1000 square feet with full kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath. We are located within walking distance of the downtown entertainment district.

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. Here, cleanliness is guaranteed and the shower is always hot!

Miguel’s place is in a beautiful ( Surburban) community, the place is impeccable in cleanliness, peaceful deck/large backyard , incredibly comfortable bed in spacious bedroom. Love this place. I’ll definitely come back. Only issue it’s a bit out from Kalamazoo but once I got to the place it didn’t matter.

Amy was a great host, she helped me feel right at home and was flexible with my changing schedule. She made sure she was present to introduce me to Kingsley and showed me hand gesture commands to get that sweet puppy to sit even if really excited to get rubs 🥰 I didn’t have time to hang out in any of the shared spaces, but they were well maintained and if I’m able to come back will definitely lounge around outside more! Thanks so much, Amy!!!

Perfect stay. Very consistent with the description and a fair price for the experience. This is an older house in the downtown area of Kalamazoo. Definitely walkable to restaurants ect downtown. As is true of most of downtown, the area is a little bit of a mixed use area so includes houses in various stages of upkeep. For being an older house with cats everything is pretty clean but I agree that if you don’t like cats or are looking for the pristine hotel experience this might not be the place for you. Bedroom and bathroom both had locks on the door and I felt comfortable in the house. The neighborhood is one that I would be cautious walking alone at night or leaving valuables in my car but that’s true for most of downtown Kalamazoo. I’d stay with Joel again if the space was available when I’m in town.

Very welcoming place, forgot my keys one reluctantly messaged her at 2:30am and she was still able to respond within 10minutes, everybody kind of stayed to their personal space. I had Very few interactions but all interactions were genuine and kind. Would recommend this place to anybody. Appreciate the hospitality
