Charmigt retrohus vid havet

Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Cozy Arctic Lakeside Cottage with private sauna

Welcome to our cozy lakeside cottage with private sauna on the Arctic Circle, a warm retreat where Nordic simplicity meets soulful comfort. Set on 2.7 ha of private land with direct access to Lake Miekojärvi, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and feel again. We are Joakim from Sweden and Jenny from Germany. We fell in love with the stillness and beauty of Arctic Finland, and we’re excited to share our cottage, and a little piece of that magic, with guests from around the world.

Rymligt hus med tre sovrum beläget på Näsbyn i Kalix, ca 2 km från centrala Kalix. I direkt närhet till butik, restaurang, sport- och simhall, gym, skolor och Kalix sjukhus. Huset består av tre sovrum med totalt fyra sovplatser, ett rymligt kök och vardagsrum, badrum samt bastu och relaxavdelning. Tvätt- och diskmaskin finns. Spjälsäng finns. Uteplats och parkering i direkt anslutning till huset. Uthyres för längre eller kortare perioder. Vid längre hyresperiod, vänligen kontakta hyresvärd.

Easy access by bus: Right by the water - fish from the kitchen terrace! Arctic nature at your doorstep. 5 mins from Luleå by car, 15 min by bus. Perfect chill-out spot with Luleå just a bike ride away. Sleep in a comfy bed and have a sauna by the lake. Easy to access by car, free parking. 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike rental available. See the nothern lights over the frozen lake - the location and view is stunnning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

You can see Torne river and hear the rapids.

Our cottage is conveniently located along well-maintained roads, making it easily accessible. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Villa Båtskärsnäs

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med 150 meter till havet och småbåtshamnar. Byn är en liten skärgårdsidyll. Den bynära skärgården erbjuder fantastiska badstränder och den populära campingen, Frevisören camp resort, med havsbad och restaurang ligger endast 4 km bort. Microvågsugn, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare finns. I det helkaklade badrummet finns golvvärme, tvättmaskin, tvärtmedel, strykjärn, strykbräda, hårtork, tvål, schampo och balsam.

Cozy house in Båtskärsnäs

Free WIFI. Free parking. 🛜🅿️ The house has a complete kitchen with dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

House in prime location, with panorama view over the lake Djupträsket, attached to the river Kalixälven. Private beach with a sauna directly on the beach just a few steps from the main building. The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Cottage by the River

Stuga vid Kalixälven i naturskön lantlig miljö, titta ut över älven i en lugn och rogivande miljö. Husdjur ej tillåtet. Rökning förbjudet inomhus. Boendet har torrtoa. Cottage by the River in a scenic rural environment, from here you can look out over the river in a calm and soothing environment. No pets allowed. No smoking indoor.

Charmig havsnära stuga

Välkomna till Casa Alice. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. Poolen är öppen 15 juni - 7 september. Under vintern, 22 oktober - 15 maj finns inget rinnande vatten i stugan. Vi lämnar 70 liter vatten i stugan vid ankomst. Vi tar emot maximalt 4 gäster under de kallaste vintermånaderna. Stugan är till salu.
