Charming cottage in traditional style, in Sandnäset 700 m from Luleälven. The cottage has three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). This charming cottage by the water is the perfect place to relax. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a spectacular view of the sea, it offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat. Here you can enjoy quiet mornings by the water or watch colorful sunsets – a true oasis beyond the hectic pace of everyday life. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside. In the area, there are fishing waters, hiking trails, swimming area, mushroom and berry fields. If you want tips, let us know, we are happy to help and help you get the most out of the area.

This charming house is 2.5 km from Piteå sea bath. Access to beach and small boat and jetty. Bicycles are available to borrow. Nice forest trails and bike paths. Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and day bed. 2 rooms on the upper floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and combined office and bedroom with nice views. Fully equipped kitchen. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included if you wish.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Amazing sea views in Luleå cozy house/ cottage

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Guesthouse scenic surroundings close to the sea

Welcome to a peaceful holiday guest house right by the sea, about 40 minutes by car southwest of Luleå. Modern but still cozy, it is surrounded by nature and rich wildlife. The smaller terrace has a café table and two chairs. You can access your own toilet and shower via the terrace. Best reached by car as there is no public transportation offered to this area. Parking available free of charge.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. If you have any questions or requests, we are happy to help.

A place where you can relax and be close to nature. Take a walk or ski on the ice during the winter and end the day by making a fire and looking for the northern lights. Swimming, relaxing on the floating dock or fishing during the summer, everything is available at the back of the house.
