This charming cottage by the water is the perfect place to relax. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a spectacular view of the sea, it offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat. Here you can enjoy quiet mornings by the water or watch colorful sunsets – a true oasis beyond the hectic pace of everyday life. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

Välkommen till en genuin svensk stuga från slutet av 1800-talet, vackert belägen i Sävast mellan Luleå och Boden. Omgiven av älv, skog och öppna fält erbjuder den en lugn och naturnära vistelse. Stugan är varsamt renoverad med modern komfort för både semester och arbete. Tillgång till bastu och träningsmöjligheter på gården. Endast 5 minuters promenad till skidspår, älv och buss. 15 minuters promenad till matbutik samt 15 minuter med buss till centrum och tågstation. Flygplats nås på 40 minuter.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Perfect chill-out spot with Luleå just a bike ride away. Sleep in a comfy bed and have a sauna by the lake. Easy to access by car, free parking. 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike rental available. See the nothern lights over the frozen lake - the location and view is stunnning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

♥ Seawiev cottage ♥ Boat Fishing close to airp

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Amazing sea views in Luleå cozy house/ cottage

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Relax with the whole family/friends in this peaceful home. Close to the beach, catch the sunset at the pier 75 meters from this little unique place. Take the basket down to the jetty and just soak up the calm, exhilaration and the magnificent view. Cycle into the center of Luleå in 25 minutes. Take an archipelago boat to one of our islands or just have dinner at one of our reputable restaurants and then cycle home again.

Welcome to the Guest House at The Mayors Yard, an oasis in a World Heritage Site. A place where modern comforts meet the wings of history and where the proximity to culture is very tangible. The guest house is part of "The Mayors Yard", a plot dating back to when the 1600s were young and where the family, after 12 generations, still lives. Guesthouse scenic surroundings close to the sea

Welcome to a peaceful holiday guest house right by the sea, about 40 minutes by car southwest of Luleå. Modern but still cozy, it is surrounded by nature and rich wildlife. The smaller terrace has a café table and two chairs. You can access your own toilet and shower via the terrace. Best reached by car as there is no public transportation offered to this area. Parking available free of charge.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
