Games, comic books, fire pit, trampoline, fireplace, everything is present. It is located in the middle of the forest, with a spacious garden. Enjoy the birds, bunnies, squirrels. Walk right into the woods from the cottage. Playground, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool are available at the park. Please note that this park is a quiet park!

In our lovingly furnished guesthouse, we warmly welcome our guests. The guesthouse has 2 single beds, which are located on a gallery. (The beds can also be pushed together). A sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Situated directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and cycling trails, you will find our nice guest house. Op een van de stilste plekken in Nederland bevindt zich ons volledig heringerichte bakhuis. Wandel vanaf het erf de eindeloze Duitse bossen in of verken de omgeving op de fiets. Mooie plaatsjes zoals Ootmarsum, Hardenberg en Gramsbergen bevinden zich dichtbij, maar ook over de grens is er genoeg te zien. Een luxe ontbijt is beschikbaar op aanvraag voor €20,- per persoon.

I warmly welcome my guests to my apartment. It is located in the heart of Emlichheim in a quiet residential area and can accommodate 2 - 4 people. Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax.
