Holiday rentals with beach access in Kallithea

A really great location for us for two nights before we headed over to Aegina for a week. We were in striking distance of the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. The restaurants were really good value and excellent food. We even went to the sports bar just by the apartment which was really friendly. Great communication at all times and proactive with information on trains, buses and distances to certain areas and where to eat out. I don’t think you could get a better apartment for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Costas nagyon kedves, segítőkész, udvarias házigazda, aki mindig rendkívül gyorsan válaszol, mindenben lehet rá számítani. Costas mindenre gondol, nagyon figyelmes.: strand törölkőzők és még napvédő kalapokat is találsz a szekrényben A kis stúdió lakás 5 perc sétára van a tengerparttól és az Athénba tartó villamos megállójától. Remek ár-értek arány lehetőség a pihenésre és a városnézésre egyaránt. Jószívvel ajánlom a szállást mindenkinek, két embernek nagyon kényelmes, de szúkség esetén van még egy kanapé is.;)

Place is great. Not too far from the downtown area. Maybe 15-25 minutes by cab if depending on traffic. The beach is walking distance away and there some some restaurants and shops in the area too. Everything was perfect and the host was very accommodating to our check in and check out times.

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen, sehr sauber und gut vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Anfang Juni war es schon auch Nachts sehr warm (28grad) da es nicht möglich ist,während der Abwesenheit die Klimaanlage laufen zu lassen, ist das abkühlen der Wohnung nicht so leicht. Vielleicht die Schlüssel getrennt verwalten. Das Bett mit 140x200 für 2 Personen ist für eine Woche ok, aber sehr weich. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach super zum Entspannen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr hell mit viel Tageslicht und grosse Fenster. In der Küche war alles zu finden, was man braucht, auch im Bad ist Duschgel und die Seife war da. Die Lage ist zentral gut erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Man kann mit den Bus zum Strand fahren. Das einzige was an der wohnung nicht so gut ist, ist die dämmung der Terassentür und der Fenster. man hört richtig deutlich wenn Autos in der Nebenstraße durchfahren oder wenn menschen beim vorbeigehen unterhalten. Wir hatten dass Gefühl dass die Terrassentür oder Fenster nicht richtig verschlossen waren. Da das Haus ein Neubau ist, hat man leider an der Qualität gespart. Die Terrasse oben ist sehr schön, Grill ist zum nutzen da. Aussicht ist sehr schön . Wir hatten kurzen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden.

This place was incredible. I stayed there with my husband and two daughters. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The one facing the water and the street was noisy but a pair of earplugs help me sleep through the night. And I woke up to the most wonderful view. I recommend this place highly. Dionisis was very responsive. His recommendation for dinner was great. He even gifted us a bottle of Hercules white wine! We had breakfast and delicious coffee just downstairs from our place. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Athens!

Είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ήταν ένας τόσο ζεστός και όμορφος χώρος! Η τοποθεσία πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη και η Κική ήταν πραγματικά πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω σε κάποια επόμενη φορά.

Absolutely beautiful place! My mom, sister and I stayed for one night and it was perfectly located near Piraeus port to travel to the islands (we needed to be there early AM and wanted to avoid traffic from city). We were in awe of the beautiful spaces and architecture. It was super clean and comfy. And has really nice hangout spots outside to admire the ocean view. Loved it and will be back again! Thank you for the hospitality

George's Garden House is perfectly located - 2 minutes from bus stop and 5 minutes from the beach. The house itself is perfect for 2 people (great AC). Just few improvements needed in the shower. George promptly responded to all our requests and was a great host. We would book with George again.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geräumig und absolut sauber – wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll, und auch die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Allerdings sollte in der Beschreibung deutlicher gemacht werden, dass die Schlafzimmer unterschiedlich groß sind. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist deutlich kleiner und hat keinen direkten Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad, was bei einer Belegung mit zwei Paaren zu einer eher unfairen Aufteilung führt.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The area around feels safe and welcoming, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They helped us with transportation within the city in the midst of a taxi strike, and gave great recommendations to places along with instructions. The place is very clean and comfy, we felt very at home and rested. We would love to visit them in Glyfada again!

A perfectly located apartment just a few minutes from a nice beach. Also close to 2 big supermarkets, restaurant, bakery and tram stop so very convenient! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Hui was very helpful with everything and responded quickly. We even got to drop our bags at the apartment since we arrived early. Recommended!

Kostantino was extremely helpful! He helped us everytime we asked to, fast and friendly. The place was homey, and the location is perfect! There is a bus station, metro station, tram station and grocery stores.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο το ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου και τα είχες όλα. Υπάρχει ακριβώς δίπλα μαγαζί για καφέ και πρωινό καθώς και ότι άλλο χρειαστεί κανείς για να μαγειρέψει. το μέρος είναι κοντά σε όλα μαγαζια, εστιατόρια,club 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. γενικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

The place was very clean and exactly as described. I heard from friends that the area was a bit shady but I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurants and bars nearby. Customer service overall was very good all over Athens. The only downside I would say about the place was the mattress which felt a bit worn out especially on one side. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable place in a convenient location!

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment! We felt very welcomed and Despina is a great host. Easy access to a beach, beautiful boardwalk, restaurants and grocery store. Close to bus/train to go into Athen’s. Really recommend this place :)

The apartment was very clean and spacious, it was great for 4 people. Katerina was very friendly and provided local tips, she was very easy to communicate about our needs & plans. She even left a bottle of wine for us as a gift. She made the accommodation feel very welcoming. We walked everywhere from the apartment, the location and the neighborhood was great. Definitely recommend staying here
