Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

Im Sommer stehen Dir vor dem Haus Sitzmöbel für einen Tag in der Sonne zur Verfügung. Für Angelfreunde halten wir drei Boote bereit und Wellnessliebhaber können in der Sauna entspannen. Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.
