A smaller secluded sandy beach is nearby, as well as a larger swimming area with a diving tower. If you want to take it easy at home, there is a hot tub/jacuzzi with 40 degrees hot water and a fireplace to light a fire in. 3 km away is the core of Figeholm with a nice river running through the village. There's also a good grocery store & a pizzeria nearby. Possibility to relax in nice nature!

Our 92 sqm boasts a kitchen, living room, a bathroom, and three bedrooms. At the back there is a large deck with dining area, charcoal grill, lounge group and sunbeds. Large grassy and leafy area. The house is kept pet-free and smoke-free.
