Newly renovated small townhouse in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk to the city and 1.5 km to swimming. The living area is 38 square meters. Free parking. One bedroom with a single bed 90x200. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (80x190) with an extra bed (80x190). All three have spring mattresses. Bring your own sheets and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Cleaning is done by the guest. Smoke and pet free. Cozy cottage close to nature & sea with private Jacuzzi

Cozy cottage with a nice location on a hill in a quiet area. A 10-minute walk from the cottage you can reach several different swimming areas. A smaller secluded sandy beach is nearby, as well as a larger swimming area with a diving tower. If you want to relax at home, there is a hot tub/Jacuzzi with 40 degrees warm water and a fireplace to light a fire in. 3 km away is the center of Figeholm with a nice river that runs through the village. There is also a good grocery store & a pizzeria nearby. Possibility for relaxation in beautiful nature!

You rent a private room in my townhouse. I also live in the house, which means that some spaces are shared with me. The room has a sofa bed for up to two people. If needed, there are also three mattresses in a cozy sleeping loft. The house has an open kitchen and living room with direct access to the deck in the back. There is a dining table for eight people, a gas grill, and chaise lounges. At the front, there is another patio with a comfortable corner sofa and table. Electric vehicle charging is included at no extra charge.
