Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

My son and I visited my daughter who goes to school in DC. We all stayed in the place. I agreed with all the other feedback about Angela being very helpful and responsive. The place is immaculately clean and is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It is a 5 min walk to the nearest Capital Bike Share docking station, 5 min walk to two bus stations that took us directly to the nearest Metro station and 10 min walk to Safeway and Trader Joe's. The only two drawbacks are that it is a basement unit with a very tiny window so it is dark mostly and there isn't a full-size stove and oven. To solve the latter problem, Angela has cleverly provided an air fryer and portable stove which worked well in cooking simple meals. I enjoyed my stay and will book again next time I am in town.

Description of post is exactly like described. For its value I was pleased with the location of the rental. It is in a safe part of DC, away from the more notorious crime-ridden neighborhoods in DC. The room is surprisingly quite spacious, featuring a proper cleanliness. No signs of bedbugs or roaches. I really liked the early 20th century craftsmanship of the house as a whole, with the quaint and odd architectural features that I observed in the short time I rented the unit. Little features that no longer exist in more modern housing. The host is responsive. There are bus lines close to the house, and it is about 20 min walk to the Cleveland Park metro station. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was extremely comfortable and in a great location. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, and it felt very safe. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel rather than an airbnb. Brad has done some amazing renovations that make the space look like it is out of a magazine. All this paired with the high quality linens and towels, as well as the kindness and graciousness of the hosts are what makes this place so outstanding! Thank you so much!
