Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

The place was exactly as pictured. The flexible self check-in was also very easy to implement. In the accommodation itself, nothing was missing, everything that was mentioned in the description was also found there. Overall, I highly recommend it, because I would book it again if I had the chance. :-)

The house was very clean, perfect for 4 people. Very close to the beach, 10 min walking distance. We loved the garden. Host is very helpful and communication went very well and easy. Thank you

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

We stayed at the apartment from September 22nd up to September 26th. The apartment was great and was equipped with all the required items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Communication with Ivan before and during our stay was easy, friendly and helpful. On our final day our flight out of Thessaloniki was late in the evening and because no other guest would be arriving the same day we were allowed to stay until 18.00 which enabled us to freshen up before leaving for home. As our stay was at the end of the summer season there weren't a lot of tourists around resulting in a low key and quiet setting, something we enjoyed very much. In Nea Poteidaia everything was easily reachable by foot, we especially enjoyed eating at To Kritamo and the great view from our balcony. All in all a great place to stay and a great host!

The fleet has outstanding view over sea. Beautiful terrace and very friendly staff. Can’t wait to go again.Highly recommend.

Great comfort appartment

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
