Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kalyves Polygyrou

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

We absolutely loved our time in the villa - everything was exactly as described, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families or mixed groups. We were a group of 3 young couples in our 20’s and the pool was a blast. The host was beyond helpful, we asked for maaaaaaany details and pieces of info and reccommendations and Konstantinos always responded within minutes, which was very helpful. The villa is fully equipped but of course, if you need anything else (for example we drank a lot of coffee and of course needed more), there is a large supermarket within a few minutes drive away from the villa.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Dimitris place is a great choice for a summer vacation. The villa is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, and at the same time - close to the beach. The house was very nice and clean, everything was as described. Dimitris was very polite and answered all our questions very quickly and with willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place and we would love to come back again. Thank you Dimitris for your hospitality!

Beautiful apartment very close to the sea. The check-in was personal and very warm. The communication was very quick and helpful. It's great that the apartment has good baby/children's equipment, great sand toys, a good washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a kayak. The bedrooms have windows to the hallway or to the living area. When cars park in front of the fence, you see the sea less. The beach consists of fine sand, followed by small stones. Bathing shoes are useful. Depending on the day and time, there are sometimes more, sometimes less waves, seaweed or algae. We felt comfortable in the apartment with our two small children.

We were there with 3 adults and 2 children and felt very comfortable. The property is very clean and maintained. Pool was cleaned daily. Many thanks also to Rafail. He was very courteous and super nice. He drove my husband to the train station in Thessaloniki early in the morning. In addition, the check-out was flexible. Our flight was late in the evening, so we didn't have to leave at 11 o'clock. Thank you very much for the goodies.

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

Wonderful condo! Best view for sunset! Good area near beach and easy to drive to other areas from. We loved it and would stay again. Very attentive host. Had a cleaning midway on 6 day stay that was nice. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Vasiliki’s beautiful house. It had everything we needed to feel like home. Every morning we were waking up to a breathtaking view and the rest of the day was well spent on the private beach area that is just 5-10 minutes away through the pines. Vasiliki is an incredibly responsive, welcoming and a charming host that made us feel right at home. Looking forward to more summer holidays spent at this wonderful place!

Beautiful, this was one of the best places we have stayed so far in Greece. Antonio is an awesome host, very friendly and always ready to share some stories. We had an wonderful time! The room is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. internet is also good, we had worked some days and had no connection issues. I 100% recommend this place, you feel right at home, the beach is within ~7-10 minutes walk and there is plenty to do around. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

In addition to the perfect location and the great house, the fast and helpful communication with Emma was absolutely exemplary. Emma is a great hostess. We always felt comfortable and welcome. We once asked for more dish towels and small bowls. They were brought to us within 15 minutes. THANK YOU FOR THE TIME.

Great comfort appartment

We had a great time in this lovely apartment with great sea views. Everything has been thought out to make sure the stay goes smoothly. Cool water bottles, shower gels, and availability from the owner who is there to respond to any requests with great kindness. The beach is 100 meters away with sand on one side and on the other with small pebbles but almost deserted, paradise! However, it's best to have a vehicle for shopping. We recommend this simple apartment but perfect for a good holiday.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Short walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops. Beach was walkable too but it’s a little hill to get back up to the condo. Definitely would stay at again if I come back. The small town vibe was awesome and the beaches on this coast are much nicer then the other side.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The quiet location was particularly pleasant - and yet you can walk to the center in just five minutes. A really nice combination of tranquility and proximity to everything you need. Dimitri was a friendly and attentive host. He responded quickly to our questions and was easily accessible, which we greatly appreciated. A special highlight was the terrace - a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation at Adina's place. Our expectations were more than met. The apartment is totally beautiful and aesthetically decorated. It was neat and clean. We felt totally comfortable right from the start. We didn't miss anything, as the accommodation is well equipped with everything you need. In the kitchen you will find everything you need - from a coffee pad machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils to a fridge with freezer compartment. The beds were very comfortable, in every room there is air conditioning and also in the bathroom you will find everything you need. In the backyard there are some things for the beach (umbrella, chairs, beach toys, etc.) which you can use. An electric grill is also available. A special highlight for us was the outdoor shower and the spacious beautiful terrace. Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the key box. All around recommendable!
