Bus station is 3 min walk from the house and there is a bus that connects with the Athens metro. Ancient Temple of Sounio is just 20 mins by car. There are beautiful beaches around, coffee shops and restaurants. The main street of Lagonisi is just 700m away, where you can really enjoy walking, cycling, clubbing, eating.
