It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Cape Villa and Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

It can easily accommodate up to 11 persons and the big and very private garden is great for barbeques, playing with children or just relaxing in the hammock. It has a nice view to the sea and most important you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes! Or maybe just dive in the pool in no time. Locally you can participate in various activities like diving, paragliding, watersports, hiking, fishing etc.

Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Cats reside on the property.
