Nos gustó alojarnos aquí, todo coincidía con las fotos y tiene servicio de limpieza. Único malo es que no tiene buenas vistas (pero comprensible por el precio) y lo de la construcción al lado arruina un poco la experiencia. Por lo demás todo bien.

Service and hospitality was the best!! Natasa was incredible! The kids loved the pool and the views are spectacular. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sofia’s house! From the moment we arrived, Sofia and her lovely family made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly kind, warm, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we could possibly ask for — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Even their sweet dog added to the experience — so friendly and well-behaved! It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and we’re so grateful for it. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

JUST AMAZING. Our first time in Greece and we chose Santorini for our babymoon and my wife and I are so glad we chose to stay here. From arrival until we left, the hospitality was incomparable. All the staff were always willing to help, were kind beyond measure and were also a pleasure to talk to. The location offers amazing views of the caldera, is romantic, peaceful and quieter but also central enough to check out other areas of the island with ease. The staff provided us with great recommendations and were more than happy to do so. They always checked to make sure my pregnant wife was enjoying her stay, and when I injured myself on our last day, they went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to fly out the next day and continued to check on us throughout the day. Don’t hesitate to book here. We’ve already been raving to all our family and friends about our time here and will absolutely come back in the future.

Magnifique résidence familiale autour de la piscine, bien placée à faible distance de la plage, de l'arrêt de bus pour Fira, et des commerces et restaurants. Hôte très serviable et réactive, ayant organisé notre arrivée depuis l'aéroport et notre retour. Petite kitchenette et petite salle d'eau. Très tranquille, une belle chapelle sur la propriété, au pied de la montagne. Périssa est une station balnéaire très agréable en haute saison. La piscine avec transats et serviettes est vraiment le point fort de cette location. Merci pour votre accueil et votre flexibilité, nous avons bien profité jusqu'au dernier jour.

This cave apartment is the authentic Santorini experience. The views are breathtaking and it is located in the heart of everything you think of when you think of Santorini. Unless you are wanting to be pampered in one of the newer spa apartments with a jacuzzi I would 100% recommend this apartment.

Merci à votre équipe, nous avons eu un très chaleureux accueil. Bouteille d'eau et une bouteille de champagne dans le frigo lors de notre arrivée. Agréable, après un long voyage en avion & pour un premier jaccuzi. Chaussons et Peignoir. Les poubelles & les serviettes de bains sont régulièrement changées. Et rajout de papier toilette et de café, si besoin. (Ps: les draps changés une fois, pour un séjour d'une semaine). Vue incroyable. et malgré l'aéroport en face, c'était pas gênant. Les habitants sont tous très gentils & accueillants. 🩵 ps: le restaurant "Johnnie" accessible à pieds: incroyable 😍

This stay was absolutely wonderful—one of our favorites by far! The space had such a warm, inviting feel, and everything was beautifully arranged. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. The attention to detail, cozy atmosphere, and thoughtful touches made all the difference. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—offering beach towels, arranging airport taxis, and sharing fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would return in a heartbeat!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est proche de l’aéroport, facile d’accès si vous louez un quad pour rejoindre d’autres villes et surtout très propres. L’équipe de l’hôtel fait le linge de maison et le ménage tous les jours et de façon très discrète. Tout était parfait. À noter cependant : pas de fer à repasser et matelas plutôt dur…

I enjoy my stay at this Airbnb. The private pool was always comfortable. The staff was always nice. The location was great. The Airbnb was eight minutes from Fira which had a lot of popular restaurants and nightclubs

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’hôtel est à taille humaine, très calme et très joli. Le paysage et la vue sur la mer et magnifique. À proximité de Fira et non loin de Oia, nous recommandons quand même de louer un Quad ou une voiture, un parking à ta disposition. Vous pouvez y aller des yeux fermés.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff were incredible and assisted with local recommendations, transportation from/to the airport and ferry port (cheaper than Uber prices), and overall did a phenomenal job. AirBnB was beautiful and had a great view overlooking the pool, city, and ocean. We loved the location, it was a quick walk into Fira and very easy to get to Oia or the black sand beaches in the south of the island. Would highly recommend staying here and thank Kudos Suites for a memorable experience!

Die Gastgeberin Zaneta war sehr freundlich und für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut und man konnte die Hauptstadt Fira und weitere Städte sehr schnell und einfach errreichen. Wir empfehlen dieses Airbnb an alle die gerne Privatsphäre geniessen und gleichzeit zugang zu Städten und Läden haben wollen.. Gruss Sherif

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Fira. Fußläufig ist der Busbahnhof, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte erreichbar. Nicht überlaufen, am Pool sind immer freie Liegen. Unser Zimmer war noch schöner, als auf den Bildern, da es einen Balkon gab. Wir sind schon morgens angereist, haben Handtücher für den Pool bekommen und konnten unsere Koffer abstellen. Ich würde immer wieder kommen!

The owner and the receptionist were the nicest people we met on our trip. They gave us many recommendations on food and activities, tips on the best way to get places, and ensured we had our airport routes planned correctly (we sure did not on the way back). The hospitality was terrific, and the room was perfect!

AMAZING STAY AT APIKIA!!!!! Special shoutout to Angelina and Mario they were incredible!!!!!! Extremely helpful, kind, patient, and professional. They truly made my stay so much better! Any questions I had they were willing to answer and help any way they could! Breakfast every morning was amazing thanks to Mario. Place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Would stay here again. Thank you so much for making my stay here awesome.

This was a great choice for us! The host was so nice, and gave us rides where we wanted to go (at rates cheaper than ride shares) and was extremely pleasant, making sure we were safe and taken care of wherever we went. We were also able to explore the area on foot easily enough. Shopping, great food and spectacular views just a few minutes from our place. The place was cleaned daily, we were given fresh towels for beach and bath. It was perfect! Thank you!

GREAT stay if you want to be close to the iconic Santorini streets and Caldera views, but can’t afford a villa right in central Oia. It’s a short walk to the busy streets and you can enjoy the quieter area with a pool view of the ocean. The room was large and it’s located right by the bus stop! We greatly appreciated the hospitality and the free morning breakfast was great!

WOW WOW WOW! Could not rate this enough. The view, the jacuzzi and the BREAKFAST! Honestly heaven on earth.

Excellent endroit pour séjourner à Fira et être au cœur de la ville. Proche station de bus et des belles vues du centre-ville. Accueil exceptionnel, chaleureux. Lieux agréables. Le sunrise y est aussi sublime ! Recommandé pour un séjour court comme plus long.

Gorgeous views from this place. Loved being between Fira and Oia. The best part was the accommodating and responsive host.
