It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is a big, modern, luxurious decorated, fully equipped apartment. It is located just 4 kilometers from the centre of Split and Diocletian's palace and only 1 kilometer from beach. The apartment has good bus connection with centre of Split and the bus station is about 2min walking from apartment .

We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!

Our family house is located in small place Koresnica near Split and it is a good point to explore the heart of Dalmatia, Split, Zrnovnica, Trogir, Omis and islands.

The modernly furnished apartment has a room with a separate air conditioning, TV and modern lighting. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic plate, microwave and all the equipment. The living room has sofas for a third person and its tv and air conditioning. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, ancient Salon and Split. Guests can use our swimming pool and barbecue in the garden.

A small studio apartment for 2+1 people in a family house with a separate entrance and garage. The pool and sun terrace are common spaces for all guests and family members. The beach, bakery, two supermarkets and 3 bars are 200 m below and also a bus station. In cafe bars, you can eat hamburgers and pizza while on the promenade by the sea, there are two restaurants in the direction towards Split or Omis.
