This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This beautiful and cozy house is located right next to the small river. It´s location is very peaceful, ideal for the perfect getaway, and it´s only 10 min drive away from Split! You can walk by the river that leads you to the beach (about 10 min of walking or a 4 min drive). This accommodation includes usage of entire house, garden, swimming pool, terrace with really nice view, BBQ grill and play area for children (slide, two swings, trampoline and climbing elements).
