This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. It is 36 square meters in size and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one toilet, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa for one person. Within the apartment, you can use the barbecue and the rest area in front of the house. The accommodation also has free parking. Near the apartment there is a Lidl, City Center One, a bus station, a Lukoil gas station and a children's playground. The nearest beach is about 5 minutes away by car.
