Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kamloops

Super endroit. Beau, propre et confortable. Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et deux jeunes enfants (4 et 6 ans). Nous étions super bien. Les proprios ont laissé les enfants utiliser la trampoline. Les animaux sur place sont un beau plus. Ils avaient suffisamment de place pour s’amuser. Pour les grands, le patio et la sont super agréable et magnifique. Bref, j’y retournerais sans hésitation. Quelques infos pratiques à savoir : mieux vaut arriver avec ses achats pour le souper le jour de votre arrivée. Aussi, prévoir café, huile et autres produits de bases. L’échelle de piscine n’est pas sécurisée, donc si vous avez de jeunes enfants c’est à considérer selon le tempérament de votre enfant. Il n’y a pas de laveuse pour les vêtements sur place.

Convenient location for us, as we were visiting friends here. This is our second stay at Mahvash’s place; we feel comfortable here. The nicest bonus is the delicious breakfast that Mahvash made for us!

Alysha made us feel very welcome. We wanted to wash some clothing and Alysha was very happy to help us out. The cabin was extremely comfortable and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

Pro’s: Krista was a great host. Easy to reach when I had any questions and always seemed happy to help. This place is just as beautiful as the photos. It’s spacious and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay plus so much more. Lots of rooms and nice big beds to comfortably host larger groups. Air conditioning worked great and was such a blessing on those extremely hot days. So many games and activities to always have something fun to do. My group wants to book it again ASAP. Con: The only minor con was that the property does back onto the highway. They did a great job installing a huge wooden fence which gives you 100% privacy. The only thing I’d suggest is to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Cute, quiet and beautiful yard!! Didn’t spend a lot of time there, but really enjoyed the space when we would go back in the evening.

We loved our time by and in the pool, surrounded by birds. A beautiful view! It’s a relaxing atmosphere and we had lots of privacy even though Thom and Monika live upstairs. They’re making some improvements that will make the suite even more comfortable. We had great sleeps. The bedroom was quiet and dark, mattress comfy, bedding nice. We had everything we needed. Thom and Monika were very kind. We would definitely stay again:)

Had a wonderful stay at James. Came for the May long weekend. The village was quiet and most places closed preparing for Summer. Golf course had just opened for the season. Condo is located in a quiet complex area, a quick 1-2 minute drive from the Village as you enter Sun Peaks. Our kids enjoyed the games and “their own personal” hot tub. We look forward to returning again in the Summer to see what Sun Peaks has to offer and to try the Diner and Axe House that’s located below in the commercial area.

A really nice place to stay! Was the most comfortable apartment on our trip so far!

I am a homeschool mom of 4 and needed a retreat to rest, recenter, and refocus. This was the perfect place for that. The suite was decorated and set up with so much care and intention. I can’t state strong enough how much I appreciated the atmosphere and special touches. An added bonus for me was a nature path just minutes from the suite. The view of Kamloops from this path is stunning and leads downtown where I could shop the boutiques, eat great food, and sit by the river with my book. Angela was responsive, gracious and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I Recommend River Magic for your next trip to Kamloops, easy to get in and out to places. Very clean and Cozy. Everything you need is there. Thank you Danielle you are a great host. Definitely coming back in the future.

Our stay at Drew's cabin was great! The description was accurate and we brought all the gear we needed - sleeping bags, drinking water, etc. Probably could have brought our air mattresses to add some cushioning on the futon, but it wasn't absolutely necessary. Drew was friendly and communicative and brought us firewood for outside the wood stove. The bathroom was clean and had enough running water for washing up and cleaning. We didn't try the shower as it was too cold out. We luckily had no neighbours due to cancellations, so it was perfectly quiet and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the sun. The place is pet friendly and our pup had a great time off leash roaming around. If you are looking for a secluded getaway that is a step up from tenting, this is it. We will definitely be back again!

Lisa’s place was excellent. Extremely clean, nice linen and soaps, well stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Also lots of natural light! Beautiful outside space with stunning lake and mountain views. Lisa was also very responsive to any questions! We will most definitely return!

Great condo with everything we needed for a family ski holiday. Everything was in walking distance from the unit, and the hot tub was wonderful to have after a day on the slopes! The unit was clean and well stocked, and the hosts we're friendly and available if needed. We'll be back.

The unit was fantastic. Right on the end so great views from the hot tub of the surrounding hills. Very convenient to the ski hill. Great space for 2 to 4 people. The garage is set up well for changing and storing ski gear. Holly was very respond to our questions. The unit was bright, cheerful, and cozy.

Firstly, the building is centrally in Sun Peaks so everything was within a short walking distance which was great. Next, the unit was very clean and spacious, and well equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, bbq, pots/pans, and many other cooking utensils, so we didn’t have to bring much on our trip. Lastly, the outdoor hot-tub on the balcony was really a treat to have, especially when it was snowing. If we do end up coming back to Sun Peaks in the future, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Nice clean place and very well stocked with everything you need and more. Ski-out it to the Orient Chair Ski-in is off the Morrisey Connector 10 minute walk down nice lit paths to the main village, and 5min walk to the skating rink.

A beautiful place, nicely stocked kitchen for cooking in. The deck has, what I would say, are the best views in the whole village, absolutely stunning. Well worth the money and we would definelty love to come back for another stay.

Spectacular, amazing, perfect. Ski in and ski out was key! The views from the condo were awesome during the day and at night. Comfortable couch and fully stocked kitchen and with so much more then just the essentials. My family had a great ski vacation and will definitely come back!
