The property is 20 acres, planted with olive trees. There are three houses on the plot with a total of 5 residential units. Swimming pool of about 80 m². The apartment is approx. 85 m² with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 bunk bed). We can offer a kitchen/living room solution if there are more than 2 bathrooms. There is air conditioning in the living room, master bedroom and the smallest bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all kitchen equipment, bed linens and towels. There is a direct entrance to a 25 m² terrace with a lovely view.
