Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kanata

This was a lovely house for 4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space and the right amount of amenities. We were in Ottawa for 5 nights and the location was convenient for getting to all the sightseeing we wanted to do. It was also close enough to Carleton University.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, exactly as described, had lots of thoughtful extras, and the hosts were very responsive! Would stay here again 😊

I had a long stay at Hanan's (four weeks), and she made sure that everything was perfect: quiet, clean, safe, nice, completely hassle free, just exactly what I needed at the time. She's also just incredibly nice and friendly, and went above and beyond to be make sure I was comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here for any duration of time, it's in a location with connections that makes it very easy to get downtown, or any other place in Ottawa. I had a fantastic stay at Scott's Airbnb! He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we had an issue with the pool lights in the evening, Scott promptly came over to assist, which we greatly appreciated. His communication and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with Scott and would definitely book again!

Our stay was wonderful! The space was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It worked really well for our family with two young kids. Jennifer was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Ottawa. Highly recommend.

This home is really perfect: clean, functional and well equipped! You can access Ottawa quite quickly by car and there is a park behind the neighborhood for small walks.

Nadia's place was easy to find and well decorated. Check in was super smooth. Nadia was a great host with clear communication. It is also nice to be able to park our car in the garage. Thank you Nadia for a wonderful stay. We had a great time visiting our relatives & friends 🙂.

A fantastic place to stay for a family with a kid.

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for what we needed. The bedrooms did run a little warm, but there were tower fans to help circumvent that and keep things comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for a trip to the spa. Also very close to local places to eat yet far enough so the area was quiet and peaceful at night. Very clean, able to control temperatures for the cold rainy night. Bedding was very comfortable and bathroom super clean.

This place is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. There's a great walking path—about 3 km one way. There’s also a canoe and a kayak available, which is a great bonus. Suzanna and Fred were the perfect hosts. We shared many wonderful conversations, and they were always helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We would definitely go back happily and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Just don’t forget your bug spray!

I planned a trip out to Ottawa with my wife and 2 dogs. I wanted to be at a location with the most scenic views and I did not want to have the stay near the city. This location fit my needs perfectly and I was able to conveniently use the yard for my dogs to run as far as they can. I also made sure to use their balcony as much as I could because the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. There were mosquito coils already provided. I also slept really comfortably on their bed. There were toys for my dogs to play with and a stainless steel bowl for them to drink their water out of. They use well-water as their main source, which i am perfectly fine with and they provide filtered pitchers for you to consume. I enjoy my coffee almost everyday and they provided milk and creamers. I just had to bring my coffee. The host even left us a bottle of wine for our stay. I would absolutely love to come back in the future because this location checks every box for me. A very spacious one bed apartment with an enormous terrace and great views across the city. Bed is large (UK super king size) which is not the norm in our experience and a real bonus. Good wifi and a good shower with bath tub. Easy 15 minute walk into the very centre of Ottawa. The electric curtains are not black outs so we woke quite early with the light but not a major issue. Would definitely stay again.

We were coming from 4 hours away. Our host had our space available early and it was absolutely charming. Our space was clean, private and cool. He provided bottles of water which was very welcomed as we did not have a chance to stop and get any. We would gladly stay here again!

Highly recommend, spotless place, a plethora of shopping, including groceries, within walking distance; a very spacious two bedroom with a huge bathroom and open space kitchen/living with giant windows and a huge balcony. Kitchen has everything one could need to whip out a good meal, the host generously provided a supply of good coffee for the drip coffeemaker and a selection of teas as well, a super nice touch after a long drive. We will back.

It is a very lovely room giving you the feeling of home. Good location to the downtown attractions and nearby good supermarkets. Quiet and peaceful environment.

Large, well-furnished basement. My dog and I loved it. Good location close to everything and away from Ottawa traffic, I recommend it :)

This stay was simply perfect! I could ramble on but believe the hype, the space is wonderful and Sylvia was a fantastic host. Amazing value, couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)
