Holiday rentals with a patio in Kandy

This was our first stay at Nimendra’s place and certainly won’t be our last, we’re already planning to return! The apartment felt like home, with a calm atmosphere and access to excellent shared facilities. The pool and gym were spotless and inviting, and the views of the Knuckles range were simply breathtaking. One heads-up for future guests: on arrival, we were asked by building staff (not Nimendra) to open and unpack our luggage entirely as part of a check-in procedure. We respect the security, but after an 11-hour flight and a long drive to Kandy on the same day, it wasn’t the warmest welcome, this could be better flagged in advance. In the flat, a few extra kitchen items (e.g. pasta strainer, dish rack, dustpan) would make self-catering easier. Despite these, everything else about the stay was top-notch. The space was quiet, spotless, and well thought out, and Nimendra was helpful and responsive throughout. A lovely stay in every way!

The host were very warm and welcoming. Every room had the mentioned amenities. We checked-in pretty late, but the host had zero issues with this and didn't bat an eye! Staying here literally felt at home - warm hosts, zero disturbance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy!

We booked Cheshan's place in less than 12 hours before arriving. The host quickly replied to our questions. He and the caretaker were very helpful and agreed to take our luggage for storage before checking in. The place itself is lovely and within walkable distance to the center and the lake. The apartment is in the new building with underground parking and a pub nearby. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this apartment for fellow travelers.

This Airbnb flat was a real gem! It was nicely maintained and felt very welcoming. The stunning view from the balcony was definitely a highlight – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening sunset. The host was incredibly responsive, making communication easy and ensuring a smooth stay. We also really appreciated that the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, which made cooking a breeze. Plus, the locality was great, offering a convenient and pleasant base for exploring. Highly recommend!

We rented this place for 2 weeks and it was amazing. Hosts were really helpful and friendly. Place is very clean and all interior and furnitures were very comfortable. Situated in a very clam place perfect for long holiday with family

My husband and I stayed at Jenneifer’s Airbnb for a second time, this time for four nights. We would highly recommend to stay here! It is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view off of the deck. The highlight for us was the food! We had something different everyday for breakfast that was all delicious. We were also able to request dinner at a small additional fee, which was so convenient after a long day of travel. Jenneifer and her family were incredibly responsive and kind. They had such an amazing attention to detail and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They helped to arrange a tuk tuk for us get around. We hope to stay again!

A truly gorgeous place with a spectacular environment. We were warmly welcomed by Sandaya and her husband, whose hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both for the refreshing coconut water and for ensuring we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time, and the local community was equally delightful—friendly, helpful, and kind. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The property is nestled in a beautiful hill station, surrounded by stunning views that made my trip unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had a really nice experience in this AirBnB. The owner and his brother were really kind and helpful! It’s even bigger than on the photos and has a nice view and very calm. You should know that there can be some insects like ants or mosquitos since it is directly surrounded by nature, which was no problem for us :)

The flat in Nuwara Eliya was perfect for what we needed: two nights in a clean and spacious apartment. The flat has everything you need to make you feel like home: comfy beds, TV with access to smart tv, great kitchen, fridge, etc. It’s also very close to the Gregory lake and an amazing cafe that we went to for the 2 mornings we were there: Ayurveda Coffee Shop. Communication with Jeni was fine too, although we never met, the arrangements to check in/out were easy and clear.

The Grand Winterbury apartment was a great find for us to stay in Nuwera Eliya. Not far from the city centre yet private location. The apartment was well maintained with functioning kitchen with necessary equipment to make tea or coffee and to make a small meal.
