The house was perfect! There were tons of both fun and relaxing options of things to do when we weren’t out exploring. The kitchen was completely stocked. They even had extra amenities that we would normally have to put on the list for once we hit the store. Just the attention to the little things that help lessen the vacay stress. Hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. Thanks so much! Looking forward to next time!

It was a great stay at Robert's place. Beautiful Surrounding views, spacious, clean and tidy house, well organized kitchen and grill, big garage, easy to find, beautiful walkable surroundings. Worth a stay in Kanab to visit Zion, Bryce, Horseshoe, Antelope canyon and North RiM. All around 1-2 hr drives.

We've been lots of places and this is one of my favorites!!!! Kanab is incredible!!! Stay here if you want to have the best visit ever.

This house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful with an amazing view. We came to Kanab as a family vacation to visit multiple national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon) and after hiking all day coming to this house to rest felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was also a great host, she was responsive and accessible. If we ever decide to come back to Kanab we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed out stay with Timber and Tin. The house was so cute and sooooo clean. The host was responsive and friendly. Great location, fabulous amenities and wonderful hosts.

How do I give this airbnb 10 out of 5 stars?? Our catering team was down in Kanab to cater lots of event at the Best Friends Animal Sancturay all week and this home was the perfect place for all of us to stay! So spacious, lots of comfy beds and bedrooms, tons to do with the pool, bbq, pickle ball courts, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, dishware, etc. It made our stay so much easier! We will most definitely be staying here again next year when we come back to Kanab. Thank you thank you thank you Annie!! You were so so easy to work with and always so responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved Andrew’s place, we felt right at home. The home was just as described, kitchen was organized and fully equipped, beds were very comfortable, decor was beautifully done, plenty of space to hang out and plenty of blankets to cuddle under while watching TV. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable nestled in amazing views. We took advantage of playing pickleball, swimming, and ping pong in the garage. I will definitely return and highly recommend!!

After another booking fell through, Samantha was very quick to answer and get us into her place. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is in a great location, close to anything you may need. The house was clean, comfortable, and large enough for all 6 of us. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

Laurie’s place was one of not the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. She has thought of everything from stocking a great kitchen to a lovely outdoor space. We wanted for nothing including having water and snacks upon arrival. She also made our anniversary and birthday celebrations special by providing prosecco and a cake. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had the best time ! Laura and Keith were so nice and quick to respond and recommend hikes and stargazing locations! We loved that they literally had everything you need in a kitchen and home. Very clean, beautiful home and views !Well worth it! Highly recommend! 😊

Place was great. Super clean and easy to manage. Host provided so many different supplies for us to use. Private view and land. Hot tub was definitely nice to use after long hiking days. The only hiccup was I ran out of propane in the middle of a grilling session. However, we didn’t mention it to the host, I’m sure he would have replaced it if I asked. Would definitely come back again.

Guy's place in Kanab was a perfect landing place after our days out on the trails and volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society. It's within a few minutes drive of the center of town, has nice walking trails nearby (short drive or 20 minute walk to trailhead), and Guy was a friendly and responsive host. The games cabinet and closet "library" were added bonuses. Thanks Guy!

Mason’s home might be the cleanest, most stylish, and best-designed place in all of Kanab. After long days of exploring, we loved coming home to enjoy fire-pit/BBQ evenings. We stayed a week and easily visited Zion, Bryce, North Rim Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, sand-boarded the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, hit ATV trails in a Wrangler, explored Belly of the Dragon & Moqui Caves—all within 1.5 hrs or less. Even the local Kanab Town Pool was a hit with our kids! You’re walking distance from a grocery store and a few restaurants, though coming from NYC, we found most local spots overpriced/underwhelming. That said, Escobar’s Mexican was one of the better local spots we tried. Highly recommend this home as a base for exploring the Southwest!

The place is very comfortable, and the location is great for access to restaurants and as a base camp for the three National Parks in the vicinity. Host is very responsive.

Katie’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Conveniently located right between the two, it made exploring both parks easy and stress-free. The house was cozy, welcoming, and felt just like home. We especially loved the amenities, like the fireplace, which made for a perfect evening spot to relax and stargaze after a day of hiking. It was an ideal getaway for our group of three, and we’d absolutely love to return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We did a lot of hiking during the days we were there, so we got in too late to really enjoy the lovely yard and hot tub, which made us sad, ha. Jessica provided everything we would need and then some. Cleanliness and decor were perfect! Everything looked brand new, and living room sectional was very nice. We were very pleased with our experience!

The location of this cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was a great base camp after a few days of camping. It rained every night at the cabin so we didn't get to try out the fire pit but the kitchen table was a great place for family cards every night! We enjoyed starting our day sitting on the pourch watching all the wild life while drinking our coffee! The cabin size was perfect for 2 couples and the beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! With that said, because the cabin is really in the middle of nowhere, due to the rain every night the dirt roads where a bit of a challenge even with an all wheel drive vehicle. The cabin also had a couple mice that would run about at night. We had to keep our food in our storage bin or in the fridge, no food could be left out. Over all, I would stay here again, the location and views are absolutely beautiful!

What a great place to stay while accessing Bryce and North Rim. Comfy quiet and clean plus a responsive helpful host make this 5 stars. Loved the grilled cheese place in town too!

This place truly epitomizes the phrase 'beautiful inside and out'! My husband and step-son stayed here to celebrate my step-son's graduation from the University of Iowa. A father-son bonding trip full of memories made by their trips to Zion, Bryce and other amazing sites near this Airbnb in Kanab. From the start, the trip was a breeze. Communication, check-in/check-out, the accommodations... everything was perfect. My husband said it was the best Airbnb he has stayed at and insists I go back with him at a later date. No need to twist my arm, just have to put aside the vacation time. Thank you, Bruce, for opening this stunning home surrounded by all of nature's beauty to travelers and adventures!

Our recent stay was absolutely perfect! The hosts were **incredible** – so welcoming, responsive, and genuinely made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly made our vacation special. The house itself was fantastic, providing everything a family or group of friends could need for a holiday getaway. But the real showstopper was the **awesome backyard!** It was a beautifully maintained space, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the warm weather, views. We spent so much time out there, and it really added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for an ideal vacation spot. You won't be disappointed!

The property looks just like the pictures, inside & out! It’s gorgeous with beautiful views of red rock buttes and hiking trails on the property. The hosts are welcoming and responsive and we enjoyed talking with them. The cottage is quiet (you can see the highway, but the house is oriented away from it). The kitchen is well appointed – we cooked every night – and there are several outdoor eating options. In the bedrooms, there are suitcase racks and small drawers, but no closets or hooks. The horses are beautiful (you’re near the barn) and it’s a great base for exploring the area. We’d love to come back!

The Gathering Place was perfect! From the labels to the double washer/dryers, to the outside spaces this place is perfect! We enjoyed relaxing after long days of hikes in the comfortable beds and living spaces. We had picnic style dinners outside and just overall loved our stay! I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with multiple families. There is plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. Great location with beautiful views. The only caution is the water temps when multiple people are using the water! We experienced both extremes suddenly. Not a problem, just something to be aware of when showering. Also, the basement was a lot cooler than the upper floors. Again, not a problem, just something to be aware of if you like to sleep at a certain temperature. We day tripped all over Southern Utah/Northern Arizona and enjoyed the whole trip! We can’t wait to visit Kanab again one day!
