Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Dream house Mirjam smještena je u Perušiću, kraj Gospića, mirnom zaseoku Bukovac Perušićki uz rub padine u idiličnom ruralnom okruženju. Ima prostranu terasu s pogledom na Velebit. Udaljena je od ceste, na osami te je pogodna za uživanje i opuštanje tijekom cijele godine. Ova drvena kuća s 4 zvjezdice ima na raspolaganju vanjsku kombiniranu infracrvenu i finsku saunu, hidromasažni jacuzzi, 3 klima uređaja,, vanjski Kamado grill King, besplatni WiFi te besplatno privatno parkiralište.

Tesla's house, Treehouse

Tesla's House is an accommodation facility located within the robinson camp/rest area Tesla's Valley. The house stands on its own feet and consists of a bedroom for 2 (max 3) people and a terrace. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separate facilities that are shared by all guests, as well as other facilities (swings around the fireplace, deckchairs...). Water for hygienic purposes is not heated. The camp is without electricity. Solar and battery lighting an powerbanks are provided.

Napomena: apartman se nalazi na 2. katu starije zgrade bez lifta, dijeli zajednički hodnik s još jednom smještajnom jedinicom.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
