Great stay!!!! Great location.

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Cathy was responsive. The apartment was classy, clean and neat. It rained while we were there but we still got out to enjoy Davidson and some great restaurants. My husband had to hold several Zoom meetings for work and the WIFI and internet worked great. No problems. Beautiful area and beautiful home and apt. Hope to go again.

Another satisfied repeat visitor. As always, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed and the location can’t be beat for downtown Salisbury. Looking forward to my next trip back.

Super clean, cozy, very charming. So many lovely little details and extras that made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Sadly we were only there for one short night, but I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay as we visited family in the area. The home was easy to find and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

We stayed with our 3-year-old and baby and had the best time. Everything was spotless and gorgous and we felt right at home. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch and our little boy loved the bunk beds. Kelsey was so kind to let us check in a bit early as well so we could have somewhere cool to let the kids play after being on the road so much. One of our favourite airbnbs ever. There's a great pizza place and some nice cafes nearby too.

Jeremy's place was a great value: comfortable beds, clean and cozy spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and in a quiet neighborhood where we could take our morning walk. We were traveling with our adult son, and it was great to have two full bathrooms. Thanks, Jeremy--we hope to book with you again! Pam

Lan's home was beautiful and was just want we needed. We were in town for a wedding and we had plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed there. Home is in a great location close to Charlotte and Concord and down town Kannapolis was really cool! I would recommend this house for you stay in the greater Charlotte area!

Second time staying here, and I will stay here anytime I am in Salisbury..Very clean and peaceful. The host is probably the most thoughtful I’ve stayed with . If you have a chance to stay , it’s a great choice. David

The home was beautiful. Host had left backups on hygiene products we havent been offered elsewhere. The BEST PART was the kindness of our host who I cant thank enough. We came back from a concert at 1:30 AM and locked ourselves out. Our host responded immediately at 1:30AM and got us in!!!! Thank you Sir! GO STAY HERE :)

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.

Great location. Easy walkability to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping,etc. Krielow shares recommendations of places to go. Lovely porch for relaxing. Very clean and spacious. Will stay there again.
