The host lives in the management room on the first floor, but you can use the space almost as if you were renting the entire building. The entire second floor is private. In addition to the spacious living/dining/kitchen area centered around the Graph Tek island kitchen, the villa's most distinctive space, the Sky Terrace, features outdoor sofas, a sauna (available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM), a Jacuzzi, and a projector with a screen up to 100 inches for enjoying movies and more. In addition, there is a full-fledged BBQ grill made by the Canadian company Broil King (now Weber due to circumstances), so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy it with a glamping feel. (It is better to prepare thick-cut steak for the BBQ grill rather than meat for yakiniku.) For sightseeing, it is very convenient, as it is located near the nearest JR Kizu Station, which is about 36 minutes by express train to Kyoto Station, about 60 minutes by express train to Osaka Station, and about 6 minutes by express train to Nara Station.

Reikaku Yasaka | Gion | Historical Machiya

Reikaku Yasaka was a building in ruins with the floor tilted by at least 30cm when we discovered this hidden jewel. The restoration was particularly difficult due to the state it was in but our craftsman’s determination to bring this Machiya back to its formal glory paid off for Reikaku Yasaka. The result is Japanese craftsmanship at its best and we are very proud to be able to share the result with the rest of the world. Check our other house as an alternate option @ Reikaku Kiyomizu-Gojo

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. The house was an Ochaya (literally "tea house")before and we renovated it, which is an establishment where patrons are entertained by geisha. We kept the original structure and make it much more modern and comfortable. The river in front of the house is the must-see in Kyoto changing from cherry bloom to maples. The best location near Gojo bridge and Kiyomizuーgojo sta. can make it very convenient to all the famous spots.
