Peace in the countryside in Somerniemi

In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

Looking for a place to unwind or take a break from everyday life? Relax on your own or with your family in a peaceful place to stay. The cabin is located in the yard of the owners' house, but in a private and peaceful setting. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of walking in the woods, relaxing in our fantastic sauna, or even soaking in the hot tub (included in the price from November 2 to 15; otherwise, €170 per stay). This sauna must be experienced! Pet fee: €20 (small dog; no cats!). For children, there is a sandy beach with toys and more. Come and relax!

Peace, well-being in the countryside

The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Villa Rauhala

A vacation villa in Kaitamo, in an idyllic rural landscape. Kaitamo is located on the shore of Lake Pintele, with good transport connections, next to Highway 12 in Pälkäne. The house has its own driveway and a very large parking area. A 3-minute walk to Pintele, the beach in Kaitamo village. Sappee Ski Resort is a 25-minute drive away. Excellent accommodation for larger as well as smaller groups, and for families with children. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub €100/stay.

The House with a Spa

The other half of the semi-detached house, the hosts live on the other side. A couple of bedrooms, large living areas, a kitchen and a sauna section. There is also a terrace and a fenced backyard. Quiet detached house area. We are close to the lake, but there is no access to the beach. The nearest beaches are Idänpää or Matkolampi beach, both of which are about 1.5 km away. The center of Hämeenlinna is just over three kilometers away, and the nearest golf course is just over a kilometer away.

A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Private cabin w/ sauna, patio, bikes, free parking

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Vintage cottage in Lempäälä

An atmospheric old vintage cottage (about 38 m2) + sauna building on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with deck and grill canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. A tree sauna in a separate outdoor building with a shower area. There is no shower inside the cottage. There are two double sofa beds in the cottage, and two single beds in the sauna room. Running hot water and drains also in the sauna. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter.

Log cabin by the lake

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a stunning single-family home lot. Possibility to swim in the lake, rent a wood-fired sauna, relax in the hot tub, use kayaks (2), paddleboards (2), and a rowboat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with anglers. The Birgitta Trail hiking route and the Lempäälä kayaking circuit pass nearby. 2 km to ski trails. 1.2 km to train station, including to Tampere (12min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Guest house by the lake

A log cabin by the lake. Here you can enjoy nature, rowing, barbecue, sauna and swimming. The cottage is located on a peninsula, in the "yard" of the main building, about 40 meters from the main building. Great views of the lake and an organic environment. It's nice to take a short or longer break from everyday life. The cottage has two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds). In addition, an atmospheric kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, shower facilities and a wood-fired sauna.

Welcome to a cozy terraced house duplex in the quiet Puistonmäki area. Enjoy the warmth of the sauna and the large glazed balcony. The apartment has a full kitchen and barbecue facilities. The air heat pump and underfloor heating bring comfort to hot and cold weather. Around the apartment, there are great opportunities for jogging with lake views. Aulanko is located on the other side of the lake, within walking distance. Parking space available free of charge.
