A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Detached house 150 meters from the sea and 14 minutes from the beautiful Nafplio. With its 400 sq. m garden planted with lawn, flowers, and various trees. It is located on the pristine beach of Kandia, where there are many organized beach bars, fish taverns, supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, and traditional taverns.
