The house is newly renovated with care, many furniture and collectibles are from Europe, please maintain with care. 4. Fully modern boutique equipment with smart home system to control safety and lighting. 5. After each group of guests leaves, we will thoroughly clean and disinfect the place, so please feel free to stay. 6. Studio room in superb location!

We have two similar suites for rent, this is the second one, if you need two, or the dates you need are no longer available, you can ask if the other one is available. Convenient surrounding facilities. Including night market, Sanduo business district subway station, three department stores, UBike, water station, 7-11, 24-hour life department store, Watson's, cafes, restaurants, etc. The building and the room are the same as the first suite, kettle, filtered water, sink, cups, bath towels, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, wifi, TV (MOD), washing machine, etc. No cooking facilities, no microwave, no toothbrushes, no toothpaste. The night market is just downstairs, it's very convenient to eat out. The room is clean, but it is in an old building, plus there is a night market downstairs, please close the door to prevent mosquitoes and cockroaches from running into the house. There is a sofa bed in the room. If three people are staying, you need to choose three people when booking, so we can prepare sofa beds, bed sets, towels, etc. according to the number of people. If you have pets, remember to fill in the form when booking. Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to drop off your luggage, please ask in advance and we will try to arrange it. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged an extra day, so please adhere to the check-out time.
