Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol op Redichem, part of the 17th-century walking park 't Rondeel. By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.

The house cannot be reached by car. The car can be parked on the private property. There is a cart for the luggage. The kitchen has a combination microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker and kettle.
