Welcome to this cozy apartment with proximity to the sea, nature, shopping and famous excursions. Here you have 200 meters to the sea, 4 km to Torp Shopping Center, 9 km to five-star camping with pool, water slide, sandy beach, high altitude track and hiking trails. If you want to visit the gems of the west coast, you will reach Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad and Lysekil in less than an hour. The apartment has two outdoor seating areas with sea view and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small football field is also available just outside.

The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

In the room there are two single beds that can be pushed together into a double bed. Walking distance to shop, pharmacy, train station (Uddevalla Östra 800 m.), bus station, bathhouse, cinema, library etc. Located in lush garden on quiet street, same plot where the owner lives. A parking space is available. Access to wifi. No smoking. Use of bed sheets, towels and cleaning is included. Welcome!

Or a visit to Landbadet with outdoor pools, is 5 min walk from the cottage. Or why not make a visit to the Emaus farm which offers playgrounds, pony riding and lots of other animals, it is also free as well as 5 min walk distance. Wifi and chromecast available. The cabin is about 50 sqm with a new bathroom (the toilet is inside the cabin.) The shower is on the end of the house.

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Here you will find historic buildings, outdoor pool, beach volleyball, kayak rentals, Cafe Snæckan, and more. Distance by car to Uddevalla city center about 10 minutes, Gothenburg 1 hour, Oslo 2 hours.
