Cozy and undisturbed house located in the countryside among fields, forests and lakes in Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bicycle heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with underfloor heating, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well-functioning house. We have rented the house out for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and the nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: One with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and teenagers.

Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Drive to Markaryd and experience an elk safari. Swimming opportunities are available both in beautiful Knäred but also in Mellbystrand with its 12 km long sandy beach.

En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Från bastun är det vacker utsikt över nejden. Frukost med lokala råvaror hämtas nere på gården. Pris gäller för 1-4 pers. inkl. frukost, bastu, sängkläder, städning, ved.
