I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access. It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made. There are three bicycles, they can be used for a separate fee. All are in excellent condition and include a mobile phone holder, puncture repair, lights and pump.

The house is located 300 m from the North Beach of Velence (the site of EFOTT), 300-400 m from the main roads with heavy traffic. An outdoor covered parking is available for storing cars.
