Ms. Zehra and Mr. Serdar were very helpful in every matter. They took care of everything from our transportation to our departure. The house was just as described. The view, the location of the house was perfect for peace and privacy. My only advice for those who will prefer it later is that you may want to arrange the shopping in advance as there is no grocery store nearby. It was a great experience for us. It has become a place we would like to visit again.

The tiny house we stayed in was also more beautiful than the photos. The surroundings of the house and the interior of the house were peaceful. Everywhere was very clean. Great way to experience Turkey away from city life - cherry trees, dogs every where, outdoor fire pit to cook on, seeing stars as you fall asleep. It’s cabin life in the mountains of Turkey edition.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

It was a great experience for us to stay in this beautiful house during our holiday in Çeşme. The location of the house was in a very central and safe area, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding facilities. Alacati is 7 minutes away from the bazaar by car. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a small problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift. We would also like to thank you for this approach and hospitality. Everything we needed was available at home: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful. I can recommend it with peace of mind to those who want to stay in this house. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Çeşme.

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

I am a guest for the second time this month in a place that I enjoy so much. I feel at home here now. A very friendly and peaceful house, Mr. Şükrü is incredibly helpful and thoughtful as always. He prepared everything before we arrived. Transportation is very comfortable, the air is clean, the sunset on the terrace is unique. We can walk to the sea in 3 minutes in the most beautiful region of Urla. I am very lucky to have discovered this place. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Şükrü. I hope we did not disturb you. There is a very nice atmosphere. The atmosphere of the house is beautiful, the view of the terrace is beautiful, the naturalness of the garden is beautiful. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

Super host and super nice and humble family! Do not aspect any luxury. Its a real Turkish 🇹🇷 Local home humble to the heart. It just like the pictures. I refer again do not aspect luxury. Toilet is a classic humble Turkish style. If you like real experiences don’t think twice! The views are amazing and sun set can make your day 🌞 Plenty of friendly cats 🐈 just outside the building. They might come and ask for food as I feed them for 12 days! If you don’t like cats don’t blame the host!!!
