We will be happy to welcome you in our villa with all carefully prepared household items inside and outside made of stone in Gürece, Bodrum. Our villa is 15 minutes to the center of Bodrum. Turgutreise 5 minutes. 5 minutes to Ortakente. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

If you stay in my apartment in a central location , you will be close to everything as a family. Turgutreis is the second largest residential center and one of the favorite holiday destinations of the Bodrum peninsula. Turgutreis beach, about 2 kilometers long, is among the best of Bodrum beaches. In the evenings, you can get your dinner by watching the most beautiful sunset in Bodrum. Transportation from Turgutreis to other resorts of Bodrum is easy and close. You can easily visit the entire basement.

Our house is located in a newly built site on the hills of Gümüşlük Çukurbuk. It is a one floor cozy and comfortable apartment, modernly designed furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away on foot. You can easily reach the villages of Gumusluk or Yalikavak by a 5-15-minute car ride. Enjoy the beauty of nature in a peaceful resort, while only a few minutes away from all the bustling areas of the peninsula.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a RURAL area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
