We will be pleased to welcome you to our villa in Bodrum Gürece, which is made entirely of stone and has all the household items carefully prepared inside and out. Our villa is 15 minutes from Bodrum center. 5 min to Turgutreis, 5 min to Ortakente, 10 minutes from Gümüşlüke, 5 minutes from Acıbadem Hospital, 5 minutes from the sea, and it is easy to get anywhere. It is 150 meters away from the Turgutreis Bodrum road. The house is brand new. It has never been used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

Our rental property consists of a main house and a guest house on a 2,000 m2 plot in Gümüşlük. The main house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace The guest house consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a flat entrance. A peaceful residential area completely away from noise. It has a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both houses belongs to the tenant. We also own the Hotel Gümüşlük. Our guests can enjoy discounted breakfast and other meals.

Villa Sante Fe has wonderful views right out to sea from its position, perched in the hillside above Koyunbaba bay, located between Yalikavak and Gumusluk. Renound for its charm Gumusluk has a pleasant beach and harbour, overlooked by several fish restaurants and a few small shops, within 10 minutes drive whilst the super luxury Palmarina in Yalıkavak is 15 minutes drive in the opposite direction. A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
