Turgutreise 5 minutes. 5 minutes to Ortakente. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. We provide free parking and assistance in any travel related questions. Can also use the 2 common swimming pool and area.

It is a one floor cozy and comfortable apartment, modernly designed furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away on foot. You can easily reach the villages of Gumusluk or Yalikavak by a 5-15-minute car ride. Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
