This is a beautiful place, it is like a peaceful sanctuary with your own private garden/courtyard, with orange and jasmine blossom trees and an olive tree . It is right in the heart of the old town and every thing is walking distance but it is also peaceful. Okan has written a book on the history of Famagusta and this love of history and heritage is reflected in the decor of the house. A very special place, I would definitely stay here again

Berke and his family made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of tips for the area. The accommodation is clean and beautiful. We felt very comfortable!

First of all, we were very pleased with the interest of the host Yunus Emre. We could easily reach him whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. We were very pleased with both the comfort and the location of the house. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

House was very clean, full of complimentary snacks, lots of cleaning products ,great view of the mountains, very peaceful and host was very responsive to any unexpected issues we had and we would definitely stay there again..

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

Seascape Villa is a fantastic place to stay! The pool is just beautiful (although a little bit fresh by the end of October!) and the view of the Kyrenia mountains is mesmerising. The villa is really comfortable and well equipped and the owners live locally & are available to help if needed.

Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

We stayed at the house for 2 nights. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available in the house. We didn't need to buy anything extra from outside. It was quite easy to check in and out. In particular, the neighborhood felt very decent and safe. Mr. Hüseyin was very interested from the beginning to the end. It was a nice experience. There is a quota for electricity, I think 4 euros per day. It was quite sufficient. Although we constantly ran the air conditioning due to the heat, we were well below the quota. Thanks for everything.

Clean and peaceful place. Transportation was easy. There is a grocery store nearby. The host helped with everything.

very secluded location could be related to the period we went to. I think it will come alive during the summer period. Easy to find check-in and checkout was extremely simple. Would recommend.

She is very hospitable. A lot of things we would need at home were thought out in advance. She was also very helpful for our extra needs. I have a lot to say but in short everything was nice.

Very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to 2 markets and a nice cafe. A great place to stay!

I stayed here for the second time, it was very clean, everything was fine, we will come again in July, this is the only place I will stay in Kyrenia, you can walk to the center of Kyrenia in a very short time, you have a place to park your car, the balcony is very pleasant, it is a very safe house, everything is perfect, I thank the hosts again, see you again❤️

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, newly furnished accommodation in Northern Cyprus! The furnishings were very high-quality and modern - you can immediately tell that a lot of attention was paid to details. In addition to the standard equipment, the selection of consumables (spices, noodles, even shampoo, etc.) should be emphasized. The host was outstanding: always friendly and incredibly quick in answering our questions. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and offered great additional comfort with the communal pool. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

very beautiful and clean

We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

Great stay. Super responsive host. Very spacious apartment, described accurately. We needed to be close to the medical facility close by, and everything worked perfectly.
