Amazing place, felt like inside a piece of art. In the morning we woke up with s beautiful view over the rice fields and breakfast served on our own terrace. Iy was absolutely beautiful.

what a beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts I ever had, the place is about 20 min walking from the main street with shoppings, Ibud palca and lovely cafes and restaurants. You will enjoy the swimming pool after a long day of activities. i recommend 1000%

Wir hatten zwei traumhafte Wochen im wunderschönen Airbnb von Thomas und Mario im ruhigen Norden Balis – ein echtes Paradies! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das großartige Team vor Ort: Kadek hat nicht nur den Garten liebevoll gepflegt, sondern uns auch täglich mit dem besten balinesischen Kaffee und einem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnt. Gede war ein sicherer Fahrer und wunderbarer Tour-Guide, der uns einzigartige Erlebnisse ermöglicht hat. Und Illuh hat das Haus mit ihrer herzlichen Art perfekt in Schuss gehalten. Alle drei haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen – so viel Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Kadek and his family were the loveliest hosts. Very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was divine. The level of care put into the tree house and the luscious garden and secluded pool is unreal. Thank you !

I stayed with Nyoman and his family for nearly 3 weeks. My stay was fantastic in every way. The villa was very comfortable, really clean and a stones throw from the oceon. The villa location was in front of Nyomans family compound and so provided a wonderful opportunity to learn about local village life and also an incredibly peaceful, secluded space as required. Nyoman has been instrumental in the local coral regeneration program and of course fishes. Opportunities to snorkel or scuba dive, go out fishing and or see dolphins AND learn about coral regeneration abound. I loved my experiences of all of it! The village also makes salt traditionally along the shore line. Made, Nyomans wife, is a wonderful cook and works at the local cooking school. There is a warung /restaurant 3 minutes walk away offering great vegetarian and vegan options. A perfect stay with an authentic, caring, wonderful family in every way and highly recommended. Overall, we had an amazing time in Kabinji! We really wanted to have a peaceful staycation and this was a perfect location. We loved the place and how thoughtfully designed it is. It had all the necessities we needed. There are some mini marts that are walkable, but you can also rent a motorbike if you don’t want to walk. Komang and the Kabinji fam was really helpful throughout our stay. Komang and his wife made sure we were all set. We also appreciated the additional fruits and juices they provided for the breakfast. This place is very surrounded by nature so you should expect that there will be ants, mosquitoes, etc. There’s a provided mosquito repellent, though. There are also some rats outside the cabin so don’t be shocked if you hear some noises at night. They are pretty harmless and as long as you close the doors and always regularly put your trash outside, the rats and ants won’t get cozy inside the room. Will def consider going back to Kabinji in the future! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Sanur, close to beach and great restaurants (is a lovely cycle ride to the beach). Plenty of space for 2 people. Nita’s communication is great and Kadek is an amazing villa manager. We really enjoyed our stay! We also recommend laundry service and getting breakfast delivered by Komang (details on flyers or speak to Kadek)!

Quartier calme et très bien fréquenté, les petites maisons sont très agréables, on s'y sent tout de suite comme à la maison ! Kadek et Nita répondent très rapidement et avec efficacité à vos questions.

Our stay at this jungle view villa was absolutely incredible! Staff were very warm and welcoming upon our arrival and incredibly helpful through our entire stay. We were nervous about insects and wildlife being in our room, but the room was spotless and beautiful. The private pool overlooking the jungle was clean and very relaxing. The hammock on the second level was a great addition. Overall the villa was wonderful, private, relaxing — the perfect getaway! Food is a little tricky in the area. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise you definitely need a scooter or car to get around since the location is further away (30-40 minutes) from Ubud city center. It is however close to the rice terraces and coffee plantations which is a great perk. We honestly loved the villa so much, we didn’t leave very much and was perfect for our 2 night stay. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect relaxing Bali experience!

10/10 ⭐️ Don’t think twice about booking this beautiful home I can’t fault it in anyway I could of stayed here forever💓 A lovely driver was organised to pick me up at my old air b and b helping bring my luggage right to my room. He was kind enough to point out the beautiful restaurants walking distance to try. He made sure I settled in showing me around and making sure I was connected to WiFi before leaving. The room is cleaned every day with fresh towels being changed and the air con is perfect. The best thing about this home is the incredible fast WiFi, the best I’ve seen throughout my stay in Bali! If you’re looking somewhere quiet and private to work this place is perfect for you. Live-streaming/video work calls all worked smoothly for me no complaints also had a beautiful desk work area 👏 Beautiful home with even more beautiful staff worth every penny this is truly a hidden gem in a gorgeous village filled with culture 💓🇮🇩

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den Preis lässt sich nicht meckern. Die Lage ist umgeben von Baustellen und Müll, dies hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Loft war sauber jedoch braucht es eine kleine Sanierung. Der Kontakt war sehr schnell und freundlich. Unsere wünsche wurden stets erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

I had a wonderful month-long stay at this Airbnb! The flexible check-in, constant availability of the host with helpful tips, and quick responses made the experience seamless. The house is clean, charming, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom is exceptionally well-equipped, and the pool's idyllic setting adds to the charm. The cleaning service, twice a week at flexible times, was a great touch. The location, slightly away from typical tourist areas, is a complete win! Numerous delightful cafes and Warungs, untouched rice fields, and a closer connection to local life make it a fantastic choice. Highly recommended

Found this beauty a few days before I went to Lembongan, it is a great spot & away from the crowds but close enough to the main spots to eat, enjoy massages and all that Lembongan has to offer. Ayu is fantastic and helped get a scooter sorted within half an hour, great communication & dealt with things quickly. For anyone reading reviews about complaints on the kitchen, water building up in the bathroom drain when it rains (noting it is partly outdoors) or insects etc, it is a shack by the seaside. Take that for what it is. A cute little home, excellent pool, quiet spot, air-conditioned & accessible. There will be another villa next door that they have just started construction on, but look forward to returning again for some peace and quiet.

Yudha made the checking in & out process so easy, such a friendly and welcoming person! The tree house was so dreamy, spacious, comfortable, close to so many restaurants and shops! I loved my stay at the tree house and would love to come back. The amenities were amazing!

Logement à couper le souffle, je pense avoir vécu le plus beau couché/levé de soleil de toute ma vie. Un endroit paisible où il faut absolument s’arrêter une ou plusieurs nuit. Encore merci pour toute cette gentillesse

Un mot : exceptionnel ! Sur les photos, le logement semblait déjà incroyable mais en arrivant sur les lieux c’était encore mieux que ce que j’espérais! Si vous cherchez du calme, n’hésitez plus c’est un vrai havre de paix. Toute l’équipe était au petit soin et très discrets. Vous avez un large choix de petits déjeuner qui sont très copieux et vraiment délicieux avec que des produits frais. Allez-y sans hésiter vous ne regretterez pas de passer par ce petit coin de paradis.
