Çevredeki bir çok alternatif ile birlikte , şehrin gürültüsünden uzak doğayla iç içe olma imkanı sunmaktadır. Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.

For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
