Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kargıcak Beach

The view of the house where 3 families stayed was very beautiful. The layout of the house was very handy. Only some parts of the house need minor maintenance. We had a nice vacation.

Chak was incredibly gracious. He truly enjoys hosting people, he gave us so many recommendations. I ended up getting sick and he was so helpful and his concern and accommodation showed how much of a good person he truly is. The place was stunning, the views breathtaking and we cannot wait to come back. If you want to relax and be blown away by beauty, rent Chak’s place - you can thank me later!

Good afternoon. We rested for 32 days. I liked everything. Friendly owner. Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful housing complex. There are three supermarkets nearby. The sea is not far across the road. All is quiet and calm. The apartment meets expectations. The most important thing is the wonderful air. Good internet and TV.

My stay was great. The house met all the expectations in the listing. Especially the sea view was very nice. The house was spotless, spacious and quite comfortable. The location is very central, close to grocery stores and public transportation. The host was also very kind and helpful; the check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would definitely like to stay again.

Everything was very good. we were the first to live in this apartment. in a 5 minute walk to Shock,Bim and 101 shops. To the sea 500 meters. The beach and entry into the water is sandy . The only disadvantage was that the TV is not connected to the Internet.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Everything was great. Our plane was delayed and we arrived later than expected. The owner waited for us and greeted us personally! This is a real human relationship that warms the soul :) Thank you very much for this! The villa itself is clean and cozy, it has everything you need for life. We were a big family and everyone was accommodated comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, so it will be cool in any heat :) There is also a fairly large swimming pool on site. Very clean and well maintained. The water in it was always very warm) I would also like to note that there is a small pool for children next to the main one. 15 minutes walk to the sea, 5 minutes by car/scooter. Pebble beach, you can take a sunbed, a cafe, everything you need for a good holiday :) So our holiday was wonderful, thanks again to the owner for his hospitality and responsiveness, I hope we will come again ! :)

Absolutly perfect! Awesome like from photos. For the price the best!!

The location of the house is very good, just across from the supermarket and pharmacy. The house is no different from the photos. The beautiful useful pool is great. It can only be a problem for those who can't swim due to the height of the pool. I think it is around 180cm. Everything that can be used in the house has been considered. There is no sun lounger on the beach. It can be rented from the hotels a little ahead. The host was very caring and very polite. The only problem we had was little water in the showers upstairs. It was running like a string. We two families left very happy. Thank you very much.

It was an amazing experience! The villa hosted by Seda was one of the best stays on Airbnb. The villa has a stunning view, is very clean, and offers great comfort. This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!
