A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

We loved our stay in Agios Ioannis! The cottage was lovely - extremely clean and cosy and had everything we needed. lila provided lots of extras that we didn't expect, like some food, cake, juice etc. The local surroundings were beautiful, the locals were friendly and the food at the taverna was outstanding (although we definitely over-ordered!). The projector in the cottage is an excellent touch as we had one rainy night during our stay. Thank you Lila, we would definitely consider coming back.

Together with our dog, we had a great time in the accommodation! The accommodation is located in a very quiet place, right by the sea. There are various supermarkets and restaurants in the area. If you want, you can go on excursions - we received a lot of tips from the host for this. We felt very comfortable at the place. Communication with the host was great. The family on site was also very friendly. Thank you!

Everything here is amazing!!! The stone house and its interior design are of the highest design. Here you will find everything you need for a great vacation and more. The views we see from the terrace of the house, the mountains, the sea, are simply breathtaking. The most beautiful sunrise every morning is guaranteed. The host Ilias is super, worthy of 10 stars. Very hospitable, kind, helpful, will answer all your questions. He left us various foods, fruits, wine. The best host we have met in all our travels. If we ever come to the Peloponnese again, we will definitely stay at Ilia's place. Thank you very much Ilias for everything

Too short a stay of a week at the end of May, the house is so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it to visit the wonderful surrounding archaeological sites. Thank you Sophia for your responsiveness, the multiple attentions, your welcome basket… The house is very well equipped, everything is thought out so that we feel at home and the decoration is neat. The small village 5 minutes away where the shops are open with very long hours. In summary, an address to remember.
