In our country, the proximity of nature can be felt at every step - direct access to the hiking trail and the singing of birds can calm down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, separated from each other in a comfortable distance. Each has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Charming cottage on a hill

The cottage on the hill is located in a quiet and green area in the village of Warzyce, just a short drive from Jelenia Gora and Szklarska Poręba. It is a great base for hiking in the mountains, both in summer and winter. The cottage has a living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds, sofa bed in the living room), a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and sauna. The terrace has a great view of the mountains. Free private parking is available on the premises. You are welcome!

Popielato 2 - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO is a year-round, small house (35 m2), for 2 - 4 people, located on the edge of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. There's an amazing panorama of the Sudeten from here. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub (wood-burning) pack that can be accessed directly from a large patio. The cottage is located on a fenced-in plot (1,000 m2), which is perfect for pets.
