Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Sunny Slope - Platinum Apartment

Luxurious, two-story apartment (140 m²) with a sauna and a view of the Giant Mountains. Finished to a high standard. 3 elegant bathrooms (1 with a shower, 2 with a shower and bathtub). Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a separate workspace. Large terrace (40 m²) and panoramic windows in the living room. Up to 8 sleeping places. Excellent value for money. Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Mountain Spirit's Apartment

Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). This apartment is our dream that we would like to share with you.

"Rony Villa" is a quiet, modest and unique place full of good energy – ideal for families or groups up to 25 people (including kids and pets – everyone pays per night, minimum 4 guests). Perfect for WIM HOF retreats, meditation, music, yoga, tai chi, dance, and creative writing. Also great for nature lovers coming for hiking, cycling or skiing in Karkonosze National Park. In the garden: Finnish sauna and hot/cold jacuzzi with ice – by prior arrangement and extra fee.

It is in the block of flats with silent and nice neighbors. The two-room, 35 square meters flat, whit bedroom and cosy living-room, can fit four people, perfect for those who want to explore the region - both the nature and the culture.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Rabbit Apartment

A comfortable apartment for four people, with one bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to a terrace overlooking the Karkonosze Mountains. Comfortable parking. In the area belonging to the apartments, in the common area, there is one barbecue area and a fenced fireplace/bonfire.
